I'm giving a 2 star rating only because, they didn't show up for the appointment that we set up initially. Which they said I never answered to clarify the appointment was still good. I never had a missed call but moving on they rescheduled a new appointment which was great they were nice. New appointment days comes I received a call 730 in the morning saying they won't be able to make it they will reschedule a day with me on the following day. No one ever called me back I have reached out with no response. I went with them due to there 5 star rating, unfortunately I didn't receive 5 star treatment.

This company exceeded my expectations. We moved into a new house that desperately needed new carpet. They had new carpet installed before any other company could even come out and measure. Scott Evans, local franchise owner, personally came to my condo for the consultation. He brought several wood type samples across multiple brands and quality rates. Scott's presentation style is low-keyed and void of pressure tactics. He answered my questions throughout the project. Julio was the tradesman who installed the floor. He too answered my questions. I am delighted with the result.
