I wanted to replace carpeting and some tile work with LVP flooring in my great room, dining room, entry and hallways. Scott came out on time as scheduled and talked with me about my needs. He brought samples of some flooring options with him so I didn't need to visit a showroom and he made recommendations based on the look I wanted to achieve. Once I made a decision, the flooring was installed within about 3 weeks of my decision and ordering the materials. It took them less than 2 days to remove the old flooring and complete the LVP installation, all done at a very reasonable price. The floor looks great and I am very happy with the outcome. Scott was very responsive throughout the process and I would definitely recommend them.

The entire process from our initial meeting to installation all went just as hoped. Scott was flexible with meeting times, brought several recommended options, and was patient while we made our choice on carpet color. The installation team was there as promised, did exceptional work, and cleaned up very nicely. We chose to get new carpet for our basement and the choice we made has been wonderful. The quality of carpet is just as hoped. We will certainly use them again when it’s time to change flooring in our upstairs.

Scott came to our home with a variety of carpet samples and was incredibly knowledgeable about the different carpet grades and padding options. We had the carpet replaced throughout our entire two-story home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Eric was one of our installers and did an amazing job. The team moved our heavy furniture, completed the entire project in just two days, and left everything clean and back in place. Scott, the owner, is truly one of a kind. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the service we received. Highly recommend Scott and his team!

The owner was very responsive from beginning to end. The carpet was ready to install within 2-3 weeks of our placing the order. The crew worked hard from the minute they arrived until the minute they left. The installer that communicated with us listened carefully to our concerns and took the time and effort to install better tack strips and to properly set up one stair for follow-up installation of the newel post. Overall, we were very happy with our dealings with this company.

FCI took care of us and our flooring needs very well. The mobile showroom left a good impression on us and was super easy for us to pick the floors that we wanted.
