The owner was very responsive from beginning to end. The carpet was ready to install within 2-3 weeks of our placing the order. The crew worked hard from the minute they arrived until the minute they left. The installer that communicated with us listened carefully to our concerns and took the time and effort to install better tack strips and to properly set up one stair for follow-up installation of the newel post. Overall, we were very happy with our dealings with this company.

I was very impressed with Floor Coverings International. Scott is very easy to work with and super friendly. Scott’s installation crew is amazing. They installed our basement flooring in about 5 hours and it is quality work. I’ve already recommended them to several people!

FCI took care of us and our flooring needs very well. The mobile showroom left a good impression on us and was super easy for us to pick the floors that we wanted. From Leslie our sales rep, to Julio the installer, and Scott for taking care of us and answering any questions we had along the way, FCI covered everything, from the window to the wall!

Scott and his staff did a great job introducing us to their products and delivering great service and a quality product that enhanced the look of our home top to bottom. I'm giving a 2 star rating only because, they didn't show up for the appointment that we set up initially. Which they said I never answered to clarify the appointment was still good. I never had a missed call but moving on they rescheduled a new appointment which was great they were nice. New appointment days comes I received a call 730 in the morning saying they won't be able to make it they will reschedule a day with me on the following day. No one ever called me back I have reached out with no response. I went with them due to there 5 star rating, unfortunately I didn't receive 5 star treatment.
