From the very beginning the FCI was super helpful! This is not a space I’m very familiar with but I loved their approach to how they handle business! I am in sales myself and at no point did I feel pressured by their project manager to go one route or another - they simply laid out the situation in terms I could better understand and allowed me the space to decide on my own what route to take. Now let’s talk about the work itself - I had a somewhat complicated project I needed assistance with and they sent their tech Melvin to complete the project at my house. From the very beginning he was incredibly professional and did an incredible job restoring my carpet back to its original shape. It literally looks brand new. I would highly recommend this company to any and everybody looking for help with floor repair!

I had some unusual circumstances I live in a different state and my brother lives in Missouri. I contacted FCI and they were amazing. I needed to pick out flooring and have it installed for my brother’s home. Ashley was amazing and worked with me every step of the way Mike Was responsible for the installation and kept me informed on all aspects of the install I would highly recommend FCI

Incredible customer service. So yes they installed new carpet the next day.( This never happens) But they also were able to come the next day to stretch other carpet. I was putting my home in the market and well let’s just say they went above and BEYOND. So if you thinking about it don’t Just use them and save yourself some time. You will not be disappointed.

We just purchased our new home and it was in dire need of a flooring update. We took quotes from a few places and originally had decided on a different place - but when I contacted Ashley to let her know, she was able to not just match the price, but actually did better! I’m so glad we went with FCI. I want to highlight how communicative they were the whole process as well as friendly and SO QUICK! We couldn’t believe how fast the process went - we had the whole top floor as well as basement done and they were done by early afternoon. The house looks amazing with the new carpet and we feel like we’re at home now. Thank you so much FCI for working with us and doing such an amazing job ❤️
