Ashley was fantastic to work with—easy to get a hold of and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the different flooring options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. Mike, the project manager, kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was always up to speed on the project details and timeline. Ashley came to my house on short notice to help me with my flooring solutions. She was very knowledgable with the type and styles for my specific needs. I’m personally a very visual person. She was able to take pictures of the area, overlaying the area with what l chose. Helping me see it before I make a decision. They also are able to finish my stairs leading down to the Rec. Room. Something big box stores won’t do. A great experience.
