⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great experience from start to finish! Ashley came to our home with flooring samples and helped me find the perfect match for the flooring we already had in our kitchen. Having her come directly to the house made the whole process so easy and stress-free! Mike was also great to work with and was able to get us scheduled quickly. The guys who came to install the flooring were friendly, professional, and efficient, and our dining room turned out amazing! 10/10 experience! We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

Straight forward communication and pricing. Many options, samples and ideas conveniently brought into my home. Information on what next to expect readily provided without request. Price, in my opinion was worth it for the amount of work (moving furniture etc.) performed.

Ashley is the most knowledgeable and professional flooring expert I’ve had the pleasure to meet in over 40 years as a homeowner and residential remodeling. She provided me with an onsite inspection quickly and efficiently. I am planning on using her company’s services and recommend anyone who is looking for professional flooring services to look no further than.

From the very beginning the FCI was super helpful! This is not a space I’m very familiar with but I loved their approach to how they handle business! I am in sales myself and at no point did I feel pressured by their project manager to go one route or another - they simply laid out the situation in terms I could better understand and allowed me the space to decide on my own what route to take. Now let’s talk about the work itself - I had a somewhat complicated project I needed assistance with and they sent their tech Melvin to complete the project at my house. From the very beginning he was incredibly professional and did an incredible job restoring my carpet back to its original shape. It literally looks brand new. I would highly recommend this company to any and everybody looking for help with floor repair!

I had some unusual circumstances I live in a different state and my brother lives in Missouri. I contacted FCI and they were amazing. I needed to pick out flooring and have it installed for my brother’s home. Ashley was amazing and worked with me every step of the way Mike Was responsible for the installation and kept me informed on all aspects of the install I would highly recommend FCI

Incredible customer service. So yes they installed new carpet the next day.( This never happens) But they also were able to come the next day to stretch other carpet. I was putting my home in the market and well let’s just say they went above and BEYOND. So if you thinking about it don’t Just use them and save yourself some time. You will not be disappointed.
