We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. Ashley was so helpful and patient as we went through the floor selection process. Mike (project manager) did an excellent job ordering and setting up the project in a timely manner. The installation crew were obviously very experienced and were we thrilled with the final outcome. Kudos to all for a job well done!

Ashley and her entire team were incredible to work with. Top notch communication and customer service from everyone. The process was so seamless and easy, I kick myself for not doing it sooner. We were thrilled with the price..significantly cheaper than I had estimated in my head what it would cost. Love my new carpet and highly recommend using them for your flooring needs. I’m attaching a pic of the carpet we picked for the stairs that I LOVE however, my lights must have a yellow tint as that is not the color of the carpet. It’s much more of a grey with light grey background.

Great company to work with from start to finish! From Ashley coming to our house to help us make selections and visualize our decisions in person, to the communication from the installation team working with FCI exceeded our expectations! Would recommend using them as a first time home buyer as well, as they helped walk us through every stage of the process and were knowledgeable with all our questions and concerns!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International Southeast Metro for our stair runners and landing carpet. From the very first in-home consultation through measuring, ordering, trimming and binding, and final installation, their communication was proactive, clear, and consistent. We always knew what stage the project was in and what to expect next, which made the entire process feel calm and well managed. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. The runners are beautifully installed, cleanly finished, and perfectly suited to the space. They handled tricky transitions and landings with care and precision. What really stood out was their commitment to the schedule. They even came out on a Saturday right before Christmas so our project wouldn’t get lost in the holiday shuffle. That level of consideration and follow-through is rare. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom stair runners or carpet work done right.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. I left a message in the evening and they called me back later the same evening, and was able to accommodate our apt (we needed one as soon as possible), Ashley then spent time showing us the many different floor options. After consulting with another flooring company, we decided to go with this company. They were able to meet the install timeline that we needed and we are throughly happy with the install. I would attach photos, but we're still not quite settled in our new home yet! I would recommend this company!! From beginning to end this company, made our install easy!

It took 1 year for us to find a flooring company we liked and trusted. FCI was referred to us by an acquaintance. We contacted FCI and Ashley returned our call the same day, over a weekend. From that point on, Ashley was very responsive and helpful. There was no hard sell. Ashley was genuine and honest, we felt like we were her only customer because of the attention she have us. This is a great company with excellent service! After I chose the flooring, Ashley ordered samples to ensure I liked what I chose. I changed my mind a couple of times but Ashley was very patient and continued to be helpful providing options until I made the final decision. FCI was very customer service oriented. From Ashley, to Mike, the Project Manger, to Marcello and his installation team, all were very committed to the project. They always arrived on time, they were very friendly, each seemed to enjoy their work and took pride in their work. Each person working in our home treated us with care. Our floors are beautiful, we couldn't be happier with the finished project! I would highly recommend FCI and their team. Our experience working with FCI was remarkable. I will follow this review with pictures soon.
