"We had an amazing experience with FCI. The salesman came out on a Tuesday evening to do a quote, best price in town. We placed the order 2 days later. We were in a rush to get carpets installed before we moved into our new home so they were kind enough to put a rush on the order. The install crew was there the following Thursday starting the work. They were done in 1.5 days. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend this company."

"Jason and his team were absolutely fantastic! He met me twice at my house with the mobile showroom. He gave me quotes on a few different options. He never once pressured me to proceed forward, but gave me realistic goals and expectations. The job came out absolutely perfect. More than just the outstanding quality they provided, they also treated me and my family with the upmost respect and understanding. We prepared the floors the best we could to be replaced. We moved all items that we possibly could. Unfortunately, I did not have anyone available to help me move the heavy items. I explained this to Jason, And he told me not to stress about that. I also told him that I didn’t want the house to be completely unlivable with my children. As you can imagine that is stressful for all of us. I will tell you, he overestimated the job duration on purpose and guesstimated a few days, but he was able to deliver on almost 3000 ft.² of flooring in one business day. I left to work and I had the house how I purchased it, and when I came back home, it was a completely new house. Down to the trim everything was perfect. I cannot speak more highly of this company. You truly get what you pay for. He is not going to nickel and dime you to get the job. He Simply states what it would take to get this job done perfectly. I have a big appreciation for that. And lastly, his team that came in to do the job was awesome. He has a very big team well equipped to do the job perfectly. They worked seamlessly together. And they were very respectful and trustworthy. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed."

"We were impressed that Marty, the owner came out right away to estimate the project. On a Sunday in fact. Marty and Bobby were on site on multiple occasions to make sure the work was going smoothly. They went to considerable effort to match the color of the existing hardwoods. Marty and Bobby met with us multiple times to verify what we wanted. Their ideas were creative. The work turned out well. We would definitely recommend using them for all your flooring needs. The new floors are beautiful. See attached."
