Pete and the team were absolutely amazing. He made the process of selecting a floor simple and exciting. Pete has an upbeat and friendly demeanor that makes him fun to work with. He was extremely responsive to texts and calls. He thought outside the box when they found a patch of mold underneath the existing floors to get it fixed like it was never there before installing our new floors. They even installed a custom plate around a support pole in the basement. From the fine details such as the added quarter rounds to ensuring perfectly stable bullnoses on the stairs, Pete and the team made sure our project was completed to the highest standards. I can tell he truly cares about his craft. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone!

We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International in Duluth. Pete, the owner, personally handled the quoting process and was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from the start. Garrett, the production coordinator, was also great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Their pricing was competitive, communication was excellent, and the service was top notch from start to finish. I’ll definitely be contacting them again the next time I have a flooring need. Highly recommend!

This crew was amazing. From start to finish they did everything we asked and more. They were respectful, polite, tidy, and detail oriented. We could not be more pleased with our whole house LVP installation.

FCI, and local owner Pete delivered an exceptional product! The carpet replaced a flooded basement/stair surface. Fit and finish were precise! As a bonus, footing has improved on the stairs!
