I never thought having our stairs re-carpeted could be so easy, quick and affordable! Pete came by to assess the project and had carpet samples to choose from. He returned within weeks to remove our old carpeting and lay the new all in one day! The stairs look amazing, we love the carpet and the work top notch. I would heartily recommend him to anyone!!

I've worked with Pete and his team twice now as they have installed tile and engineered hardwood for us! Couldn't be more happy with the level of service i've received. The crews were on time, any complications we ran into were handled properly, and the final product was amazing. I'll be calling FCI back for future projects.

Highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any flooring needs. They recently installed carpet in the bedroom, stairs, living room and lvp in the basement and were great to work with. I really appreciated that they came out a few times to make sure we certain of what what we wanted and weren't pushy. They even leveled the floor that heaved. They clearly take pride in their work and went above and beyond our expectations!

My husband and I are usually "DIY'ers", but with our kitchen, laundry, bathroom flooring project, we decided to turn to the experts. We met Pete at the Duluth Home Show in 2025. He had great samples, excellent preliminary information, and seemed like he would be easy to work with, so we scheduled a home visit for a quote and to discuss our options. From the initial home visit/walk through, to the finish line of the job being complete, Pete was AMAZING to work with. Very patient with all my questions. Our installer Alexis did a phenomenal job! She was wonderful to work with. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our flooring. Excellent product choices as well (we opted for a beautiful Luxury Vinyl Plank installation with CoreTec as the product)! We have additional flooring needs (carpeting) that we will returning to Pete for help with! Thank you Pete and Alexis for a great experience!

FCI Twin Ports just did our kitchen floors, and they turned out fantastic! Smooth process of picking out our floors by seeing virtual concepts to go along with physical samples, easy scheduling, and prompt, professional service! They removed our old flooring, leveled the sub floor, moved appliances around to fit the new flooring, put in new quarter-round, and made it all look so good, bringing some fresh life to our old house! Thanks, Pete, for being so great to work with. Highly recommend!

A floor covering store that comes to you?! Yes, please! Pete had a big enough selection to choose from without getting overwhelmed. I was looking to keep things natural with wool carpeting and I’m so happy with the results. We did encounter a hiccup with the first install, which had a quarter size bald spot, which Pete quickly filed a claim and got the new carpet relayed a few weeks later. Pete was so great with the whole process, keeping me updated along the way. If you’re looking for flooring, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Twin Ports!!
