I am above-and-beyond impressed with Floor Coverings International North Twin Cities, and more specifically, with Spencer. My husband and I were looking to purchase flooring for a large space that we planned to install ourselves. The flooring needed to withstand three large dogs, be easy to clean, and still look beautiful in the space. Spencer was incredibly patient throughout the process. He gave us space to browse products while ensuring we understood the pros and cons of each flooring type. We originally looked at flooring from Home Depot, Menards, and Floor & Decor, but nothing compared to the quality offered by this company. Despite our limited budget, Spencer worked with us and provided pricing for several options. We ultimately chose an Inhaus herringbone product that can be challenging to install. Spencer took the time to ensure my husband felt prepared, offering several tips to make the installation process smoother and minimize waste. Once our order was placed, the flooring was delivered quickly and arrived without any damage. The finished look exceeded our expectations. Overall, I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International North Twin Cities to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service. I’ll post photos once the project is fully complete!

I was given a fixed price bid on the carpet stretching job completed at my house. I was informed that the work would take approximately 4-5 hours and I was given the impression that it would be 2 laborers. Given the assumption of the amount of time and labor, I agreed to the fixed price bid. What actually happened is that the job took 1 hour with one laborer. I do not think I was given accurate information about the work involved to inform on my decision. When I asked for a refund due to what I thought was an unfair pricing negotiation, the request was denied. I would suggest caution on fixed price and minimum job rate bids when working with this company.

This company has completely shredded my hope that people will do what’s right. We spent upwards to $23k dollars to have carpet and hardwood floors installed. And they WILL NOT answer our calls or return our calls about our hardwood floors. We had issues with the carpet which they fixed. But now we are trying to fix the issues with the hardwood floors but SPENCER will not return my husbands phone calls. We saw him at a restaurant recently and he ran away like a coward instead of talking with my husband about the issues with the installation of our floors. IMAGINE!!! Wanting resolution for your situation and the guy RUNS AWAY!!!! Nothing looks like guilt like the guy RUNNING AWAY from the people that need to talk to him about a poor floor installation. Can SOMEBODY FROM THIS COMPANY please contact us so we can resolve this get unfortunate situation?!?
