From the first visit to our house to pick out the carpet until the final walk through, Joe was fabulous! We couldn't be happier the process and the final look.

After talking with several floor companies, my wife and I went with Floor Coverings. We had vinyl and carpet installed, which covered a majority of our house. Working with Joe and Spencer was great. When we got our estimate, there was no high pressure sales tactics, which was nice compared to other companies we spoke to. Joe went over all cost which included removal of all carpet, installing of new carpet and vinyl flooring they even moved our heavy furniture. Project started on time, there was a small delay due to a leaking pipe (no cause by them). In fact Spencer was able to hook us up with an affordable repairman who was able to fix the problem and keep the project going with only a day delay. Project was completed and our floors never looked better. If you want a stress free floor project. I recommend them highly. Blaine, MN

Good company to work with! Joe came with his mobile flooring truck and made it very easy to select the LVP flooring for our basement family room and carpet for the steps. Gio came with another guy and they installed all the flooring in a day. Had one very minor glitch with not enough material for the third transition strip, but it was handled well and I was kept in the loop on timing. Very satisfied with the results and recommend them for your flooring needs!

Just wanted to shout out Spencer and his team! Spencer came out to our house, discussed multiple flooring options and how they differ from one another, really listened to us and was curious about our needs and expectations! Super easy to hold a conversation with and then as sure to give multiple pricing options and quotes. The best part is we never felt an ounce of pressure or persuasion (in addition to the quality of work!)

The whole team has great customer service. I appreciated Joe the salesperson, as well as the owner Spencer! They helped me with quotes for products that they supply, and where I supply my own. Ultimately I provided my own LVP by a direct-to-consumer product called "flooret". I also very much appreciated the team that floor coverings international brought in, to do the job. Kate and her team worked so hard and fast. They also had great communications with me. Anything we needed to do that was unanticipated, we came to a plan rather quickly. I highly recommend both floor coverings international and Kate's team (I think they're called "Freetly Flooring").

We recently got our new carpeting from them and it looks amazing. The team was great and so knowledgeable. Kept me in the loop for everything. We are looking forward to getting our bathroom and full shower tiled by them as well. Highly recommend!
