"We worked with Glenn at floor covering international and his installation team run by J.C. Our initial consultation and measurement went great and all the pricing and project expectations were straightforward. Before moving forward I found a new carpet I liked better and asked Glenn if he was able to get it for us. He was honest and said he would have to check with his inventory holder. He was quick to call me back and we were able to get the carpet on order and set a date for install much sooner than I expected and I was greatful for the quicker turn around. Soon installation day came and JC appeared with his crew. They were all polite and professional. The carpet we had chosen was a specialty carpet with a waterproof backing so it was not your standard install. After a few bumps and recuts the installation was complete. The installation took some days but with redoing our entire living space including closets it was time well spent to have the carpet professionally installed to customer satisfaction.
