I went to Metro Flooring International when I first started looking at floor covering because it was relatively close to my residence. But I felt like I hit the jackpot because the store manager was so friendly and helpful, and I happened to be able to meet Linda, the consultant that same day. Linda is very knowledgeable, provides valuable advice and insight, and has been great to work with. She came to my residence the day of carpet installation to ensure the installer was clear on the direction of the carpet pattern for each room, and returned a few days later to inspect the work and ensure I was satisfied with the installation. I am continuing to work with her on replacing the other flooring in my condo but that project is still in progress.

Working with Linda on the flooring for our lake home remodel was a great experience from start to finish. We absolutely love the new flooring and how using it throughout our entire space opened everything up and made our home feel larger, brighter, and more connected. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially choosing a color that complemented the wood walls without matching, which would have overwhelmed the eye. On her recommendation we chose a slightly lighter option for our downstairs bedroom. It turned out even better than the original plan and fits the space perfectly. She also helped me design our mocha wood staircase, now a showcase feature in our home. It adds warmth, character, and an upscale feel that really elevates the space. Linda’s eye for design, problem-solving, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in our remodel. We are so grateful for her help and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

They said it couldn’t be done! My kitchen cabinets had a wonky configuration that prompted other floor companies to say they couldn’t install a floor. Linda of Floor Coverings Intl Metro came up with a creative solution and her husband Jeff executed it to perfection. Linda was also extremely patient and helpful when it came to picking out the perfect floor. The job is beautiful and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Well done!

Jeff and Linda were a match made in heaven for my wife and I to have work for us. Linda was very communicative and transparent about what flooring options we had. The process of choosing a floor plan that worked for us was not stressful at all as I had anticipated. Linda was very knowledgeable. The few questions that we had were answered with clarity and conviction. Jeff is very driven, dedicated, passionate, and hard-working. He was good with timing and communicated realistic expectations that he met with fantastic results. To me, both Jeff and Linda embody what a positive environment should look like. I will be thrilled to work with them in the future when we upgrade our current living situation.
