Jeff and Linda were a match made in heaven for my wife and I to have work for us. Linda was very communicative and transparent about what flooring options we had. The process of choosing a floor plan that worked for us was not stressful at all as I had anticipated. Linda was very knowledgeable. The few questions that we had were answered with clarity and conviction. Jeff is very driven, dedicated, passionate, and hard-working. He was good with timing and communicated realistic expectations that he met with fantastic results. To me, both Jeff and Linda embody what a positive environment should look like. I will be thrilled to work with them in the future when we upgrade our current living situation. Not only was I not disappointed, I was (and am) elated to have the finished product from the work Jeff and Linda made for us! Book them today!!!

Linda helped us find the best product for us and helped us decide on the best color when the options were overwhelming. Linda and Jeff did a thorough and quick installation and the flooring and edge trim looks beautiful. They were gracious about a couple of mixups and went above and beyond, coming back to help us seal the edge below the door and 1 year later to seal a piece coming up free of charge. Linda and Jeff are personable and friendly and we feel like we have made 2 new friends. They are professional about everything but so laid back and helped us every step of the way. We recommend Floor Coverings International to our family members and friends. Our floors look wonderful and are easy to clean.

Linda was superb. Her estimate was very reasonable. Then, she personally came out to our house to do some prep work for the installer. The installer was professional, prompt and courteous. He did a great job. Linda then came out later to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. 5+ Stars!!!
