Linda has been renovating houses for over 25 years, including most recently two 1889 Victorian manor homes, one last remodeled in the 1950s and so needing “a whole lot of TLC.” She believes flooring sets the foundation for homes that are not only beautiful but functional too.
In her spare time, Linda can be found paddling the Boundary Waters, gardening, and spending cabin time with her family and golden doodle Paisley, who makes sure all her flooring choices are durable. As an experienced Commercial Interior Designer, Barb enjoys helping customers through each step of their flooring projects. Her product knowledge, project experience, and personalized attention will help make the process seamless and enjoyable! Not to be overlooked, her three beagles have provided extensive education on good flooring choices for our customers with pets.
Paisley has 14 years experience testing all different types of flooring. Her favorite is testing lush carpets, especially those with a nice 40oz face weight (with stain and soil protection, of course!) After a long work day, she enjoys sinking into a sunny spot and taking a long nap.
Indy has been testing floors for just three years, but has jumped right in: he in particular has been concentrating on the “water proof” features of luxury vinyl. His biggest concern however, is whether he can assist with additional product cleanup, by licking up remnants of any food spills.
