We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Ben made choosing the right carpet so easy and was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the options without ever making us feel pressured. The installation was just as impressive. The crew was professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job. Our new carpet looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Our home feels so cozy! We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring!

Not often I say "mind blown" in a review!! However, this time it will be said. We bought a new home and the entire home needed re-carpeting. The owner, Ben came out and personally went through everything with us, giving us options of super expensive to super cheap. He gave us the pros and cons of all of them. In the end, we settled on a higher grade carpet and padding. After measuring he gave us the quote, but stated that his carpet cutting software reduces waste, therefore lowering cost. The quote was the price out the door, and was shy of $1,500 less than the competition for a higher grade carpet and pad than the competitors had to offer. On install day, I opened the house for Ben's crew at 9:45am. By 10:20 when I returned they had ALL the old carpeting gone and had the new pad installed in the living room. This is 1,900 sq ft, on 2 floors including stairs!!! I couldn't believe it... "mind blown". Keep in mind, there was no furniture to move and the subfloor is still in good condition... but the fact they removed carpet from a living room, an office, a formal dining room, a master bedroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, and 16 steps was amazing. The project was completed by 4:00pm that day!! The crew was really nice and the house smells better, looks better, and is so much more comfortable to walk around in barefoot. Thank you so much to Ben and his amazing crew!! Tal did an outstanding job!!

We did a complete basement remodel this Spring and Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job replacing our old carpet with Shaw LVP. We could not be happier and love the look of the new continuous flooring in our family room, office, playroom and bathroom. The floors are absolutely gorgeous and definitely give the basement an updated look and elevated feel! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ben and his team…it was an A+ experience from start to finish! Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, approachable and great to work with. The team had outstanding communication from start to finish! They kept us in the loop during every stage of the process and were quick to answer and address any questions we had along the way! The entire project went very smoothly. And the mobile showroom is a HUGE help in the planning and design phase…it was so nice to see large sample pieces in our home. Samples can look very different in each space depending on lighting and paint colors in a space...and being able to compare many samples in our basement took the guess work out of the selection process and made us confident in our choice before construction began! We highly recommend Floor Covering International…and we’ll be using them again very soon to replace our 2nd level carpet! A huge thanks to Ben and his entire team!
