We had an outstanding experience with Floor Coverings International and especially with the owner, Ben. From the very beginning, Ben was incredibly responsive, professional, and punctual. He came directly to our home with many carpet samples, which made it so much easier to see the colors and patterns in the actual room lighting and space. Normally I can make decisions pretty quickly, but I was struggling to narrow down the pattern choices. Ben went above and beyond and offered to come back a second time with additional larger samples he specially ordered for us. That extra effort made all the difference and helped us feel completely confident in our final choice. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. We received texts and emails every step of the way — when the carpet was ordered, when it arrived, scheduling updates, installation details, everything. The installation timeline was surprisingly fast, and the team that came out did an outstanding job. Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. This is truly a full-service company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and making sure you love the final result. We could not be happier with our new carpet and highly recommend Ben and Floor Coverings International!

Ben and Jenefer are by far the best contractors we have ever worked with. We needed a lot of help on our new house including new carpet throughout our 2700 square foot home and treatment for cat urine. From the moment we met Ben until the end, his team was professional, excellent communicators, timely and they stood by their word. We had a budget that Ben respected from the beginning and he found a product that was more than what we had hoped for. We don't know anything about carpet but he met our needs by asking the right questions. When it came to install his team was quick and timely. They asked if we would like our stairs Hollywood style, picture included. We said yes and while it was difficult for his team to do due to the layout of our stairs, Jenefer's team managed to find a way. If you need new carpet and someone you can count on that stands by their word, hire this team!

Ben and the installation team were amazing to work with. Ben brought the carpet samples right to us, so making the decision on color and pattern was easier because we could see how it would look in every room. We love our new carpet and would highly recommend them!

The whole process from in home samples of flooring, requesting larger sample, installment and payment was all an easy, smooth process. They moved my very heavy expensive furniture and put it back after install and my carpet is beautiful. Very happy!!
