ABSOLUTE 10/10 EXPERIENCE!!! Working with Ben Hauser at Floor Coverings International has absolutely exceeded our hopes and dreams for our flooring experience. The moment we called him, he accommodated any of our scheduling needs and gave us all the TLC we needed to make such a big decision! We went through so many ranges of rates and price points and color aesthetics and ended up choosing an LVP Cali flooring with wide planks that REALLY resemble a true hardwood floor aesthetic in our coastal vibes golf course home! It's absolutely perfect, the amount of compliments we have received... we owe it all to Floor Coverings International and their detail oriented team with Jenefer and her crew of professionals. They went above and beyond to help us during the install timeframe. I could keep writing all day how happy we are with Ben's recommendations and advice and expertise and just really amazing personality and care he puts into this full experience for his clients. I wouldn't use anyone else or refer anyone else but BEN and FLOOR COVERINGS INTERNATIONAL. You will be well taken care of -- they are absolutely amazing and incredible to work with. THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM SAMANTHA & BRETT!! We are absolutely in love with our flooring, our carpet, our LVT in the laundry room -- it's all amazing and feels like a Parade of Homes main level now!! - Samantha & Brett :)

We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Ben made choosing the right carpet so easy and was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the options without ever making us feel pressured. The installation was just as impressive. The crew was professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job. Our new carpet looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Our home feels so cozy! We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring!

Very happy with our new carpet and laminate installed August 2026. Ben did a great job of communicating with us as well as his install team. Absolutely recommend.

Not often I say "mind blown" in a review!! However, this time it will be said. We bought a new home and the entire home needed re-carpeting. The owner, Ben came out and personally went through everything with us, giving us options of super expensive to super cheap. He gave us the pros and cons of all of them. In the end, we settled on a higher grade carpet and padding. After measuring he gave us the quote, but stated that his carpet cutting software reduces waste, therefore lowering cost. The quote was the price out the door, and was shy of $1,500 less than the competition for a higher grade carpet and pad than the competitors had to offer. On install day, I opened the house for Ben's crew at 9:45am. By 10:20 when I returned they had ALL the old carpeting gone and had the new pad installed in the living room. This is 1,900 sq ft, on 2 floors including stairs!!! I couldn't believe it... "mind blown". Keep in mind, there was no furniture to move and the subfloor is still in good condition... but the fact they removed carpet from a living room, an office, a formal dining room, a master bedroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, and 16 steps was amazing. The project was completed by 4:00pm that day!! The crew was really nice and the house smells better, looks better, and is so much more comfortable to walk around in barefoot. Thank you so much to Ben and his amazing crew!! Tal did an outstanding job!!

Ben and his team did a wonderful job with installing my new floors. It was one of the friendliest and most accommodating home installations I've ever had. Highly recommend using this branch and company.
