I can tell enough good things about Paul and his team. Since the moment they took my phone call until they were done. Paul helped me finding the best carpet for our needs. He was way too patience and gave me some great ideas for my project. When his team came over they were very neat, caring and of course professionals. All of them very kind. We upgraded our kitchen, entryway, and office flooring with RevWood Premier laminate in Sunbathed Pecan color. The flooring has brightened and modernized our kitchen. We decided on the laminate product because it’s durable and waterproof but also has the texture of hardwood. The wide planks and color are so beautiful! The install included multiple transitions where the laminate meets the carpet in our living room, stairway, and mudroom; the transitions are flawless and compliment the flooring. In the same week, we upgraded our carpet in the living room and second floor. The install was completed quickly and without issue. We picked the carpet Make Amends in Washed Linen color. This carpet is remarkably soft and thick! It feels wonderful on our feet. The process was low-stress. The FCI team came to our house with plenty of flooring samples for us to view. The sales team was patient with our decision-making process and answered our questions. We highly recommend the products and FCI team. We'll trust them with any future flooring needs.
