I’m so very glad that I found Floor Coverings International! Paul brought a personal, professional and knowledgeable touch to the entire project! He guided me through the process of picking out colors and the type of materials that would work best! He was right when he told me that he only hires the best skilled workers! The work that they did with the hardwood floors, the Premium Vinyl Tile and the carpeting is going to greatly increase the worth of the house! Paul and his team recently refinished our stairs and we are very happy with the results. Paul is very professional and responsive. When our project took longer due to labor constraints his team communicated the issues immediately and wrapped the project up as quick as possible. I have NEVER been Spam called as much as this company has called me. They lost my business before they ever even spoke to me. Everyday more than a few times a day, email , text , phone calls!! I had to block them and report the number as spam! they are calling, texting, emailing everyday different people and names, very unprofessional and aggressive not to mention annoying. If you ever felt ignored just fill out your info and they will certainly call text and email. Please STOP calling, texting and emailing my phone and email address. Thanks.

Paul and his team were fantastic from start to finish! Paul came right to my home so I could easily pick out colors and flooring, which made the whole process so convenient. Outstanding product and service. Price comparable to inferior products from big Home Centers. Products come to your house, so picking the right product is no hassle and not dependent on samples pick up, purchase, back & forth, time wasted! Excellent Customer care when we faced challenges… no 1-800 to call, rather speak straight with their Leadership. Some nice surprises for full customer satisfaction (can’t spoil with details! :) ) Thank you Paul for putting an outstanding company together!
