Absolutely delighted with our experience. They came to our house with samples so we could see out with the new paint color and lighting. They did a great job telling us about their company and products and seemed genuinely interested in making our experience terrific. —And it was. The installation went so well and there were even finished early. We couldn’t be happier.

The experience I had with Floor Coverings International was absolutely top notch. The owner, Joe, provided unparalleled customer service. He visited my home multiple times to help my family find the right carpet and worked with us on pricing. He went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough. The installers did an A+ job professionally installing the carpet in a speedy, but qualitative manner - our entire second floor finished in one day. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We will absolutely return upon our next flooring project.

It was a good experience. Joe was essy to work with and showed up days of install to meet with installation crew. It was nice that I could get a big sample to have so I could place in different parts of my home 12 month free financing offered.. Easy to get a hold.of Joe with any questions via email plus his helper Rebecca who responded quickly. My flooring looks great.

We had a great experience with Rick and team at Floor Coverings International Carver County. The ability to make an appt to meet with Rick within 1 business day was so helpful. At our meeting, Rick went over options and we had a quote within a day. He ordered the flooring and it was installed 2 weeks later!
