Everything/everyone was absolutely excellent....this compay has it down...can't say anything negative! The tiler,Jason did above and beyond...reattached the radio under my cupboard. Helped us take an old cupboard handle. He and Tad were so polite always using our names and sweeping up the floor. Really AMAZING! Thought the days of great business was gone..it's not with this company.

Cameron & Brian were personable and professional. They did everything they said they would do cheerfully and on time. They didn't just take an order, but showed up a few times during the install just to check on progress. The installer was great. I live in a condo & because of yellow jackets on my deck he had to do all his cutting 1 floor down in the garage. Many trips up & down. I think that was going above & beyond. When Cameron & Brian came to do the final walk through I was having problems putting new casters on my kitchen chairs & they stayed to help me get them all changed. Will call them again when I need new flooring in my bedrooms.

Josh Pederson was a joy to work wirh and extremely professional. After all the companies that I worked with, Josh was hands down the best at his job! I couldn't be happier with the end result. My floors are gorgeous! The installers were professional, kind, and they finished the job in one day and cleaned up after themselves beautifully, I will be using them again in the future. Josh, you are a delight to work with and I look forward to working with you again when I am ready to carpet my basement, Thank you for everything you are awesome!!!

I met with several companies when needing to replace my main floor hardwood laminate flooring. It was not a difficult decision once I met with Joe and Josh, that I would hire them for the job! They have high quality standards, provided clear pre-install information, great delivery communications, before install updates, and communication throughout the install. They went above and beyond my expectations, protecting my main floor appliances, etc. and upstairs from dust, and made it so easy for me! Joe and his team was kind, honest, and made sure I was satisfied with the completed job! I honestly can't say enough good things about them and will definitely use them again for my future flooring needs. I LOVE my new floor! If you're searching for a company to do your flooring project, you just found it in Floor Coverings International!

Well, It's one year later and I chose FCI again for my upstairs flooring. I went with the LVP again. I worked with Josh and Jamal. To say they are excellent is an understatement. I knew it would be done right and I would have the result I was expecting. I was not disappointed. The flooring is outstanding and theinstallers were fantastic. My project was done in one day and I am so pleased.Josh is the best project manager you will find in the twin cities. He coordinates the entire project from beginning to end and his execution is flawless. I knew from experience that he would do his best to provide the best customer service, installation, and follow up throughout the project. I am so pleased. I highly recomment FCI and particularly Josh Pederson. Thanks so much.Excellent. The best service ever. The reason I chose Floor Coverings International is Josh. I really wanted someone to act as a project manager and take the decisions off my hands. Choosing a vendor to provide flooring is a real chore. It took hours of visiting stores, taking pictures, deciding on flooring, and them the prospect of choosing a contractor was way too daunting. Josh made the whole process easy and effortless. He managed the installer, was there when the project began, and when the project was completed. Communcation is key. Josh kept me informed every step of the way and I knew exactly what to expect. I am absolutely thrilled with the flooring. I chose a LVP by Shaw and love it. It is very rich looking and really transformed my space. I highly recommend.
