It was a good experience. Joe was essy to work with and showed up days of install to meet with installation crew. It was nice that I could get a big sample to have so I could place in different parts of my home 12 month free financing offered.. Easy to get a hold.of Joe with any questions via email plus his helper Rebecca who responded quickly. My flooring looks great.

We had a great experience with Rick and team at Floor Coverings International Carver County. The ability to make an appt to meet with Rick within 1 business day was so helpful. At our meeting, Rick went over options and we had a quote within a day. He ordered the flooring and it was installed 2 weeks later! We were so impressed with the speed of the process and even better - our floors look incredible! Super happy with the process from start to finish. Thanks, Rick and Team!

Phenomenal customer service from beginning to end. The follow up was phenomenal. I am NEVER going anywhere else for tile or flooring. I called FCI for a 2nd opinion after getting a bid for a tile repair that felt really high. It turns out, the original bid misdiagnosed the actual issue and after examining the tile in that bathroom and another that had a similar issue, FCI made the repairs for 20% of what the original bid was. It's nice to have contractors I can trust. I'm already referring them to anyone in my network who needs it. Also notable, as a franchisee-owned business, the owner is involved. He personally came to the initial visit with his team and personally followed up afterwards. I'm in the franchise industry, and can tell you that that kind of involvement means quality work is going to be done. A+. I wish I could give more stars.

We had a great experience with working with Rick. He really has an eye for what I was explaining what I was looking for. We love our carpet! The whole experience was great from start to finish. Worked with Rick Denny throughout the process of picking out the luxury vinyl flooring I wanted as well as on installation day. He was professional, very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. His team did a wonderful job and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did in my living room and kitchen.
