Worked with Rick Denny throughout the process of picking out the luxury vinyl flooring I wanted as well as on installation day. He was professional, very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. His team did a wonderful job and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did in my living room and kitchen. Was an A+ experience throughout the entire process.

After a long and fruitless search for the right flooring, I reached out to FCI and Rick brought samples over based on our initial conversation. The right choice immediately jumped out! After a delay in delivery, the floors were installed over 2 days, and I have neighbors stopping by just to check them out as word of mouth spreads about how beautiful they are. (Even the downstairs neighbor who had to listen to them being installed loves them!)

We had an excellent experience. The rep that came out to our home was prompt, friendly and helpful. He promised certain dates and delivered on those promises. We love our new carpet and would highly recommend using Floor Coverings International. We plan to call them again for our next carpeting project!!!
