Sufi is the all around office manager, project manager, even warehouse loader driver 😁. She takes care of everything for you from beginning to end. "Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville did an outstanding job on our home. We needed to replace old carpet and dated laminate, and Robin brought the mobile showroom right to our house so we could see samples of luxury vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, and carpet in our own lighting. We ended up choosing beautiful hickory engineered hardwood for the main living areas and waterproof luxury vinyl plank for the kitchen, bathrooms, and basement. The team also refinished some existing hardwood and installed new stair carpet for safety. Everything was measured, ordered, and installed on time. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and left the place clean. The new floors look amazing, feel solid underfoot, and have completely brightened and updated the house.
