I only needed a special-order item for a home repair to our hardwood floors. I called the manufacturer to get the part number and they gave me the numbers of a couple of distributors as they do not sell direct. The first one that I contacted told me that they couldn't get the part that I needed! I next called Floor Coverings International. It was late in the day and they did not pick up. Surprisingly, my phone rang a couple of minutes later! It was FCI calling me back. I explained what I needed and had a quote the next day. I placed the order and the item was delivered the next day! I was notified by text of the status of my order and kept up to date. Exceptional customer service, especially considering that this was a very small order from a new customer and that another distributor didn't want to be bothered with it!

I had a great experience working with Stacia and the company itself. Stacia was extremely helpful in helping me in choosing a color. She kept me updated on when the order was placed, when it was delivered to warehouse, And what date was going to work for installation for my schedule. What was extremely helpful was she brought the show room to me. I highly recommend her professionalism.

Owner and installer were very professional. Quality work was done and the Owner makes sure of that by inspecting said install same day! Owner also made a suggestion for a better looking install without added expenses. From quote to install, one week! I will definitely choose this company in the future!

We had a great experience selecting our new carpet and Floor Coverings International was very accommodating to fit the install in on our schedule, Stacia met the installers before they started and then she followed up to be sure the carpet was installed properly. We had five rooms carpeted, the installers took care of everything removed (and haul away) all old carpet and padding and moved all furniture for us. Beautiful job, we love our new Pet Perfect carpet! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.
