Thomas and his team at Floor Coverings International were a breeze to work with. They made the refinishing of our floors super easy and stress free. In just 2-days, our floors were transformed from scratched and dinged to smooth and beautiful. We look forward to using Floor Coverings International on future projects. I don’t have pics of the original floors but this is what they look like now.

The company did a beautiful job replacing my kitchen floor with luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) which makes the room sparkle! They also did a wonderful job refinishing the pine steps in my house with a satin finish. I highly recommend them.

Floor Coverings International installed carpet and LVT at a commercial building I manage and did an amazing job. We are a 1921 built concrete floor building that required a lot of leveling and prep work, but the floors came out great. The crew was professional and courteous to our staff and other customers as we were open and operating during installation. They came in at a competitive price for the job and did a great job communicating throughout the project with any issues as they arose. We are working with them again soon when we have additional work done. The sales guy Chris Aboshear was great, easy to talk to and always available for any questions I had. Thank you guys!

I chose FCI the minute Grady walked through my front door. Professional, knowledgeable and was super excited to do our flooring project. He brought in samples and has programs on the iPad that shows you what your flooring will look like before you install which helped us pick the perfect flooring for us. We picked our flooring, and within a few days, all materials were delivered. Grady is an excellent communicator and emailed us a few times per day giving us updates on timelines. Also step by step walkthroughs on how to prepare for the flooring install which was super easy. Grady and his team brought the materials over on Monday and got started right away ripping out our carpets. In 1 afternoon, the team finished 2 rooms with our new floors and had ripped out all of our carpet. They started Monday, and Wednesday they walked out the door having completed our project. The next day, Grady and his team came back by and did a quality inspection to ensure everything was up to standard (which it of course, was). All in all…if you need flooring, go with FCI!!!! Between the pricing, timelines, cleanliness, professionalism and execution, I was absolutely pleased. Thank you FCI for our beautiful floors, we cannot wait to continue with our projects with you all! Chris and Kat

From the first appointment to the final installation, the whole experience was amazing. Paul brought samples right to my house, helped me find the perfect style and colors and made the process super easy. The installers were on time, professional, and did an incredible job — my floors look absolutely beautiful! Paul kept in touch the entire time and made sure everything was perfect before finishing up. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that really cares about their customers.
