We had a few issues with our carpet installation, but Adam made every effort to address the problems and make sure we were completely happy in the end. Life happens sometimes, especially when you are trying to coordinate with contractors, and I think their commitment to making things right is what really matters. Sometimes you meet people and just get the feeling that they are genuinely good, honest people and that's the impression we have of Adam and Beth.

I had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International! The floors turned out absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished result\. We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout our main living areas, including the living room, kitchen, and hallway, and everything looks high\-quality and completely transformed the space! The installer was fantastic—very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and detail-oriented. He took his time to make sure everything was installed correctly and looked great when he was finished. The project was completed in just two days, and the entire process from removal of the old flooring to the final cleanup went smoothly. I was especially impressed with how carefully he handled the transitions between rooms and around tight corners. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for new flooring. Great floors, great installation, and an overall excellent experience.

Would not recommend to friends, family, strangers, or anyone looking for a smooth installation experience. From rude crews creating uncomfortable atmosphere in our home, to carpet tacks sticking up, to scuffs on doors and (freshly painted) walls. We paid a premium looking for a high-quality result and received a poor quality experience.

I would not recommend this company to family, friends, or anyone looking for a smooth flooring installation experience. We chose them because of their strong reviews and were willing to pay a premium expecting quality workmanship and an easy process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. While there were several issues throughout the project, a few stand out: - The lead installer on one of the crews was consistently rude and disrespectful toward other team members, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere in our home. - Carpet tacks were sticking up in multiple areas. The first time I walked on the brand new carpet, my feet paid the price. They told us to take a hammer to it. - The crew left marks and scuffs on our walls and doors, including areas that had been freshly painted. This is only the third review I have ever written and the first negative review I have ever left. I generally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the combination of poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and disappointing customer experience left me feeling compelled to share my experience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to friends or family. We had both carpet and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installed, and the work was completed by two separate crews. Unfortunately, both crews had to ask me multiple questions about the installation details, which gave the impression that they were not fully informed about the scope of work or project requirements. The carpet installation crew was particularly disappointing. Crew members spoke rudely to one another throughout the installation, which created an uncomfortable environment. More importantly, they left carpet tack strips/spikes exposed, resulting in my husband injuring his foot on them twice before the issue was corrected. The LVP crew was courteous; however, they arrived at 7:30 a.m. without any prior notice, which was unexpected and inconvenient. In addition, the installation was not completed correctly the first time. We had to schedule two separate return visits—one to address the exposed carpet spikes and another to install the missing transition pieces. While the issues were eventually resolved, the need for multiple follow-up visits reflected a lack of attention to detail and quality control during the initial installation. Also I called to make a claim about all the above issues (and some additional ones like LVP glue spilled on our brand new carpet) and it was stated my concerns would be addressed by the owner. No communication was received and we still paid full price for a mediocre at best experience.
