We returned to Floor Covering Intl because of a good experience on a previous project. We had a very short project window for this one and hoped they could do it. They did go out of their way to install the carpet as soon as it came in even though they had another installation. The installers started early to help us get our project done before they had to get to the other job. They rocked it and it looks great. They are very respectful and careful of the spaces. They take out the old flooring and clean up after. Shout out to Christine who handled the order over the phone and the room measurements so we didn't have to delay placing the order. She also coordinated with the installers to complete our install ASAP even though the carpet was not shipped when expected. Super grateful and happy with all they did!

FCI came in as part of our renovations and we could not be more pleased. In addition to a large area of LVP, we had a very unique request with tile. Beth & Adam made it happen and surpassed our expectations. We really appreciated their consistent check-ins and outstanding communication. We were never left wondering because they clearly communicated expectations. Thank you, FCI!

We just had our main living space floor redone by FCI and it turned out awesome! The communication was outstanding. Beth and Adam regularly checked in and managed our special request perfectly. Not one trip to a showroom either!

I had several areas of carpeting installed at my parents home over 3 days. Caleb showed up on time. Caleb moved their furniture out of the way and returned their furniture when finished. He also discarded the old carpeting and pad. Caleb did a very professional, seamless install! Looks great!

Who do you choose when you have the seemingly daunting task of keeping your original solid maple wood floors, plus finding more high character grade wood to replace carpet, and having it all installed and stained to look beautiful? We chose Floor Coverings International, and we are so happy we did! Bethany made numerous trips to our home bringing sample after sample until we narrowed down our choice of color. She would leave sample boards with us which allowed us to see the choices at all times of day. Bethany exuded positivity and gave us confidence in choosing Floor Coverings International. Adam, Bethany’s husband, was in charge of coordinating the project and communicating with everyone involved. He monitored progress and kept the timeline on track. Adam addressed small changes and was there for all of our questions. He even drove us to choose the correct wood to match our original wood. Next, there was Josh, who installed the floors. Josh worked his magic as he integrated the new wood boards with the existing wood. He sanded off the old stain and prepared all for staining. Josh prepared 5-6 options of stain for us to choose from. Bethany and three of our friends/family joined in to offer their choices of stain. Incredibly, we all chose the same one! The finished project proved that Josh is an amazing craftsman. Not only that, but he also sent us pictures all through the process! His brother, Jake, helped with some finishing details, and many others contributed by helping as needed in different roles and to move heavy furniture before and after.
