Beth out of Rockford, MI was the best to work with and I highly recommend a consultation with her! I’m extremely indecisive, but also very particular. I was looking for a “unicorn” product that I found in Laminate but was looking for it in LVP. Beth made so many inquiries about photos that I thought were close to what I was looking for. She hung in with me and found a very high quality product at a very reasonable price. Once I found the product I was having trouble deciding between two colors and ended up ordering a box of each. She was so patient with my questions and being my sounding board. Her husband, Adam, was also very helpful with product drop off working around our busy schedules. We appreciate the local family business feel with a huge selection at competitive prices! 10/10! Thanks Beth!

Had a wonderful experience working with the office manager Christine & owner Rebecca from start to finish. The communication was excellent! The installers were great. We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and genuinely easy to work with. We had an unexpected trip out of town come up last minute, and they were completely flexible and accommodating. Just great customer service! The installation itself was quick and efficient, and the results are absolutely beautiful. Another thing that really stood out was how they handled a snag in our carpet after the job was done. They responded quickly and took care of it without any runaround. That kind of follow-through after the work is complete says a lot about a company. Highly recommend to anyone looking to update their floors!

The entire process was convenient and painless. Andrew was great to work with in selecting the flooring I wanted. He helped filter the options so that selection was easy. The installation crew was on time and efficient. Three days were scheduled for the installation and it only took 1.5 days. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International.

The entire process was smooth and great from beginning to end! Andrew was incredibly helpful in helping us select the right product and even color choice for our laminate flooring and carpet. He was patient as we asked questions and very personable. Scheduling the install was great, they were flexible with our schedule and needs. And the team on installers, led by Kevin was great! Love this Company! EVERYONE was super nice! Prices were affordable and Our project manager Andrew was awesome! He listened to what I wanted done and made it happen!
