Would not recommend to friends, family, strangers, or anyone looking for a smooth installation experience. From rude crews creating uncomfortable atmosphere in our home, to carpet tacks sticking up, to scuffs on doors and (freshly painted) walls. We paid a premium looking for a high-quality result and received a poor quality experience.

I interviewed 3 people for the job of reflooring my combination bathroom/laundry room. The other 2 were out of the question. One reminded me of a used car salesman. The other was very pushy and wanted me to make a decision immediately. Sam Becker, on the other hand, was professional, honest, down to earth, and not pushy at all. He was also very accommodating, bringing me all the samples I needed to help me decide what I wanted. When the time came to put my floor in, Ian did an awesome job. I am very happy with my decision. The floor is beautiful.

Had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings for carpet install. Sam (the owner) was very patient and explained everything so nicely. Their mobile inventory was an added benefit. Corey (the coordinator) was super helpful and helped us stay on track with the install. Corey and his team (the installer) were on time and did a wonderful job of moving heavy furniture, disassembling the bed and reassembling it. Very happy with the work.

We had a great experience with Sam and his team at Floor Coverings International. They replaced our carpet and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Everyone was professional, responsive, and respectful of our home. The installation turned out great, and we are very happy with the new carpet. We would definitely recommend!

Our floor installation with FloorCoverings International could not have gone better. They worked with us on our timeframe for starting the job, and had it completed on time as promised. The floor and the trim replacement on the sides where done impeccably. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Their pricing was very fair and affordable for us.

Sam was great when he came out to help with samples and choices for carpet & padding. Sam’s crew that installed our carpet was great, too! Sam stopped in during installation to make sure everything was going good with the crew. They were newer to him, he’ll be using them more because hearing good reviews from customers.

I have gotten two installs with them now and both have been perfect. Carpet installed in my basement and couldn't be happier. its a large enough room they had to do like 3 separate rolls. I've tried looking a dozen times to tell where the seams are between the rolls and I cant find them. Even knowing where the rolls end I couldn't tell after install. 10/10 Also got some LVP installed at a different time. Originally had interlocking style and to no fault of the installer there were issues with it laying flat in my house. Really old house with uneven floors that were so bad couldn't even be fixed with self leveling. They sent their lead installer out and he inspected it and confirmed they would have to redo it. He recommended switching to a glue down style and he was right. He installed it and now it lays great with no issues. They didn't charge me a single extra cent, they covered it all. Just charged me the original quote. Couldn't recommend this company enough for your flooring!
