From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth. Sam was fantastic—he came to my home with samples, which made choosing the right carpet so easy and convenient. Scheduling was seamless, and the installation itself was quick and hassle-free. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring projects!

Local small business feel and attention to detail with Chain level pricing. Lots of communication before and after installation. Installation was fast - limiting disruptions for work-from-home folks. Highly recommend.

Working with FCI was a great experience from start to finish. Erick and Sharee were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right style and color for my space. Having a full-size sample delivered to my home within days made the decision so much easier. The installation was professional and seamless, and Gabe checked in multiple times to ensure everything was done correctly and that we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend FCI for anyone considering new flooring.
