Working with FCI was a great experience from start to finish. Erick and Sharee were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right style and color for my space. Having a full-size sample delivered to my home within days made the decision so much easier. The installation was professional and seamless, and Gabe checked in multiple times to ensure everything was done correctly and that we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend FCI for anyone considering new flooring.

I work for a local remodeling company, Nelson Remodeling and Services and we have recently been going through Annaka, for all of our flooring that we do on remodeling projects. We have ordered our flooring through her for our last 2 jobs! The first job we did the install and the material showed up on time and was very easy to handle picking up. We needed a little bit of extra flooring and Annaka got it to us the next day and delivered it herself! The 2nd job we had them do the install, one of the pieces we needed replaced and Sharee in scheduling jumped right on it and had the installers back as soon as the material was in. I couldn’t say better things about this company they are fast, reliable and make sure the job is done correctly and on time!! We will continue to use them on all of our remodels that include flooring.
