Raised in West Michigan, I’ve built my life around service, relationships, and helping people make confident decisions. Before entering the flooring industry, I spent most of my professional life in education—as a teacher, coach, and school principal—where I learned the value of listening, problem-solving, and guiding people toward the right solutions.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and a mom to two amazing kids, and I truly understand how important home is.
