"Leon is one of the best company representatives I've ever worked with. I was having difficulty find a tile I liked and he kept bringing different tile to my house based on my descriptions. He knew what I wanted but could not find it. He kept on trying and never quit until he finally located the one my wife and I truly liked. I learned a lot from his exemplary knowledge of floor tile. Now, that is outstanding customer service! Like wise, Jason the Project Foreman was outstanding during the existing tile demolition and new tile replacement process. He guided and educated me in tile placement configuration and grout selections for the 3 different areas that required tile replacement due to extensive foundation problems. The work crew was top notch. Their demolition process generated very little dust and the tile replacement was done beautifully. They also moved and shifted the furniture which is a great help to us senior citizens. I can honestly say that choosing Floor Coverings International is one of the best decisions I've ever made!"
