He was extremely professional (with a power point and folder with information) and followed up many times to help me find my ideal flooring. After accumulating 3 bids, I knew Floor Coverings International was the way to go. The floors would be warrantied with a reputable company and done right. His wife, Kirsten, took over with installation and she was also very helpful. I was not present for most of the project and she communicated perfectly. We experienced a major hiccup in the bathroom with deteriorated plywood from a leak, and Kirsten was on it with the best course of action along with other bids for remodel. Flooring Coverings International was competitive in price, drove out to my remote house many times to show me flooring, and backs up their work. "Recently went to the Home Show at West World to talk to flooring companies regarding a small job master bathroom/closet remodel we are doing. We spoke to a number of companies and had four of them come give us quotes. We decided upon Floor Coverings International because Bryan was the least high-pressure salesperson at the Home Show, personally was the one to come quote the job, business had good reviews and we just felt this company was best for us. Boy were we spot on in hiring Floor Coverings International. We were told it was a one-day job, which we were skeptical of since all tile had to be removed first. Not only did our job get done in one day, it was done PERFECTLY . All tile and underneath thinset was removed and subfloor checked for cracks. They installed a moisture barrier underlayment under our beautiful new luxury vinyl. The baseboard miter cuts are precise and clean, most notably on the rounded corners. Just an overall perfect job. Great thanks to Bryan for taking our job, and Juan and Juan for doing a perfect job! Could not be more pleased with how our master bathroom and closet are looking now that the flooring is in!"

"Phenomenal customer service from beginning to end. The follow up was phenomenal. I am NEVER going anywhere else for tile or flooring. I called FCI for a 2nd opinion after getting a bid for a tile repair that felt really high. It turns out, the original bid misdiagnosed the actual issue and after examining the tile in that bathroom and another that had a similar issue, FCI made the repairs for 20% of what the original bid was. It's nice to have contractors I can trust. I'm already referring them to anyone in my network who needs it. Also notable, as a franchisee-owned business, the owner is involved. He personally came to the initial visit with his team and personally followed up afterwards. I'm in the franchise industry, and can tell you that that kind of involvement means quality work is going to be done. A+. I wish I could give more stars."

Crew was amazing, the craftsmanship and attention to detail on the smallest things that I usually see in other people’s house that drives me crazy, they didn’t cut no corners!
