Everyone we worked with was very polite and professional. We had our wood floors sanded and refinished. They look great! We had a laminate flooring put in our master bedroom and nursery and they turned out great as well! I would highly recommend!

So hired supreme flooring out of midland michigan... what a mistake.... So the sales person, Roncame out and made decisions he did not clear with me. Dumb me I trusted him and signed the contract on line ... never again. Not to mention I tried to print the contract off and their computer system is so old it all came out as code... jibberish. The initial installer was, well, terrible. Music blaring not turning it down while I tried to question things. Not to mention a real piss poor installation job. Quarter round not long enough in places, horrible inside and outside corner joining, the Wood laminate flooring was not installed per flooring instructions. The one smart thing I did was pay only half. So, the first installer kept going out to speak secretly with the manager. He got upset that I came out to listen. His boss told him to leave... he didnt and tried to come back in to work on the floor. He showed me such disrespect... i told him he needed to go. So the midland supreme flooring manager said we will send someone to fix it but just the quarter round.. well I paid almost $13000 for new floors...By God, it is all going to be fixed . New guy comes in and seems much more detail oriented. He pulls off a segment of the poorly installed quarter round and the initial i installer did not leave the necessary expansion gap. So I said pull it all up and check. He did. 1/2 the WLF did not have a proper , if any, expansion gap. So he had to go around Nand cut one out along the perimeter. But then he starts taking the private calls from his manager and refuses to let me hear it. A pattern. So I guess as the paying customer I am not privy to what involves my home? Now I have photos and videos backing all this up. DO NOT.... Do Not allow supreme flooring installers into your home.

I coordinated this from another state and everything was perfect! They were easy to work with and have attentive and excellent service and workmanship! Beautiful job!

Over promised and under delivered. Was told the areas in my floors that I wanted leveled would be no problem to fix, then they made no attempt to fix them and told me it wasn't possible when it very well is. The subfloor by the front door was obviously swelled from water and Guy told me the the house was designed with a large mound in the floor... sure buddy. They also redesigned the layout of my living room carpet without my knowledge or consent again with Guy telling me that Marty's initial layout had the carpet and LVP meeting in the middle of my front door. Nope. We have spots in the LVP that flex significantly when walked on that will absolutely fail and a soft spot we needed fixed that wasn't, as well as gaps in the transition strip between the carpet and LVP. They also attempted to charge us $1,200 for carpet removal when we removed it ourselves and charged us for disposal when we told them we would dispose it ourselves. I also had fun picking up cigarette butts from my driveway and lawn and the dents they added to our new refrigerator add character. When we asked Marty to come by and look at it, he said he would stop by but he no called no showed because he already had our money and does not value customers after payment. The flooring we chose does look nice though so that's good.

Marty called me to tell me he was gonna be a little Late. Which is very courteous. I had a Vinyl kitchen floor that needed some attention. He assessed the issue with the floor and was able to correct it without cutting my vinyl! He also ran a bead of clear caulk to give the area a water tight seal. Marty was very polite and worked efficiently. If I have other floor problems in the future, I won’t hesitate to call Marty.
