FCI removed our old carpet and refinished the wood floors underneath. They look brand new! FCI handled everything for us including moving the furniture, hauling the old carpet and debris away and taking out all the tack strips (among other things, I’m sure). They were very professional and accommodating.

We are pleased with the results there were a few uncontrollable hiccups but it all came together in the end. Marty and the company were great to deal with.

I love my new floor!! We are very pleased with our sales rep and how they kept us informed. The 2 men that layed our flooring down were very professional and great workers.

We had Guy come and stretch our carpet we’ve had for a while, he informed us and showed us how the original installers cut corners when they installed the carpet, causing some of the problem. We’d recommend, and have , FCI to do your carpet needs

Steve and Buck did outstanding work. Love my floors. My old floors were a challenge. Their craftsmanship was right on. Things were done in such an organized manner. Guy brought out more supplies and Marty followed up when the exceptional work was complete. 😁
