We choose FCI because of their excellent ratings and we were not disappointed. It was a personal, individual experience from start to end which was much appreciated. Marty came back after installation to make sure we were happy and even helped us to find hardware to remount our closet doors. We paid a little more than big box store prices but we never hesitated because we were felt confident we would receive good service. Thank you for doing a great job!

This is for new flooring 254 State St. All work was done professionally and quickly. When an unexpected problem arised requiring extra work, it was made clear what the extra work, why it was needed and what it would cost. Everything looked great!

This is for my office repair. All flooring repair done as per quote. Risks and benefits of the repair were discussed in detail so that I understood the repair and alternatives. Very happy with the work.

After receiving several bids to re-floor a home we are renovating, we selected FCI. The choice was based on: 1. Selecting the right flooring (LVP and carpet) was so easy. Marty was knowledgeable, helpful and seeing the samples in our space made it even better! 2. Install was complicated as we had timing issues for demolition and renovation. We had concerns about the subfloor too. Marty handled the scheduling and looked into our concerns making us feel confident that we would get a first class installation. 3. Problems did arise. But the whole FCI team from the front desk on were responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to assure we were satisfied. The end result was beautiful!
