Marty came out and gave me an estimate and described how the floor would be renewed. Mike did all the work himself and made the kitchen floor look like new. I needed help to move a refrigerator and Marty took the time and effort to help! Overall, the floor looks great and the job was completed as described during the estimate.

We used Floor Coverings International for a commercial project at our local school based health center and they did a wonderful job. Communication was excellent . We will be using them on our future projects.

Very happy with the service. Marty did a great job showing me options. He really listens to the customers to find the best options for their needs. The installers were great too. Great communication and follow up through the entire process. I've already recommended them to friends and family for their flooring projects.

We appreciate finally having easy-to-clean, attractive kitchen, living room, and bedroom flooring in our 112-yr. old home, even though we had to do the prep work in the kitchen. That included taking up the old flooring, removing all nails, staples, screws, etc... .The installation crew was friendly, courteous, and thorough with the clean-up. They moved the furniture in the bedrooms, living and dining rooms.

It was the worst experience. do not use these guys. Watch the "as needed" in the contract, you wont get any of it. i had to pay other guys to redo the job correctly.
