Let me tell you. This company is top notch. Only needed a little flooring for a mudroom. Not a problem for these guys. They made it happen. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I love my carpet. FCI is the best. I got the carpet that is very durable to children and pets. The blue backing on the carpet itself is amazing. My dog had an accident and it beaded up. I just dabbed at it and used FCI carpet cleaner and you wouldn't have known it ever happened. My husband spilled a little bit of spaghetti sauce, I repeated the cleaning and again you wouldn't have ever known.

Our experience with FCI was top notch in service and results. Ken’s attention to details helped; we selected the right planks and carpet. He sent his top team: Sergio & Jesus, who arrived promptly and made our rooms look amazing. Sergio & Jesus are highly skilled. There were challenges with the previous under flooring; they knew just how to make it work due their strong work ethic. We’re appreciative & recommend FCI & this team.

Your hunt for trustworthy & reliable flooring folks is over. Floor Coverings International took such great care of us from the second we called to after the project was completed. Austin came out to our home and took the time to get to know us, our style, and the quirks of our old home. He never once pressured us into making a decision and it didn’t feel like a sales conversation. He genuinely wanted us to decide what was best for us. We ended up having them install hardwood throughout our whole upstairs and new carpet on the steps. The workers were all so kind and professional, and we just can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience. Amy and Austin both checked in with us throughout the process and truly made us feel like family. The price and quality were truly unbeatable, and they had so many more products to choose from! As new homeowners, it’s really challenging to find the right companies to hire out, but FCI removed that challenge completely.

The two jobs, wood flooring and carpet, were done perfectly by efficient and considerate crews, and checked on, during the process, by Ken and Amy. We have had two fantastic experiences with Floor Coverings International. Austin was great to work with and helped us come up with a plan to replace the carpet throughout our multi unit property in Grosse Pointe. The prices were very reasonable and Austin was extremely responsive. The work was done in a timely manner with great attention to detail - and it is an old property so there were some challenges. It turned out that unexpected construction work needed to be done on some exterior porches after we had installed the new carpet which unfortunately damaged the carpet. Floor Coverings got the new replacement carpet for us ordered and installed quickly in time to meet our open house deadline and gave us a discount for that work which was generous since it was not their fault that the carpet needed to be replaced. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Floor Coverings International is a great place to do business with. We needed to have new carpeting put in on our stairs and landing. They did an excellent job! From our first appointment with Austin to the installation, everything was on time and done top-notch. Their installer even asked whether we wanted to use a pad or go without (as we did previously) and we decided to go without the pad after he explained it to us. The carpeting that we picked is what the crew brought to our home and it looks beautiful. We’re really happy that this company does smaller jobs, too, like ours was.
