I coordinated this project from California, and from the very first visit, Austin proved to be nothing short of a miracle for my family. He took extra measurements, stayed in close communication, and made sure every detail was handled with care. On installation day, he even showed up to support Jessie and the team, who were equally professional, efficient, and kind. After the carpet was installed, they went above and beyond by helping move the furniture back into place. I’m deeply grateful to Austin, Jessie, and everyone at Floor Coverings International for their exceptional service and genuine care for my mom and her home.

I had a great experience working with Ken, Amy and John (installer). Very easy to schedule an appointment for consultation, product viewing, and installation. Communication was perfect, which was critical for me because the project was out of state and I was unable to meet face to face. Replies were always prompt and clear, which works great for me due to my busy schedule. Ken was able to match me with the vinyl flooring I was seeking and installation took only 2 days for a 1 story 1100sq ft apartment. The apartment looks beautiful now and craftsmanship has been too notch. Contractors have been very respectful of the property as well.

Their installers are incredibly professional and fast! They also do a final walk through to make sure you love your new floor. True pros!

Met Austin at a Chamber event and asked for a quote. He brought the materials and samples to us. He was great, reasonable and professional. We ordered new floors right away. Then had to put everything on hold when an unexpected issue came up with our family pets. Austin held our materials for 2 months until we were able to have it completed. He helped us obtain 0% financing for our project. The job took 3 days and the installers did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend this company to all my friends and family.
