Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Floor Coverings International! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Huge shoutout to Austin for making everything so easy, answering our questions, and keeping things moving smoothly. Luis and his installation team were fantastic! They were professional, friendly, incredibly clean, and clearly took pride in their work. They treated our home with care and made sure everything looked great before wrapping up. Great customer service, quality work, and an all-around excellent experience. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

Recently, we had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Austin and Brian of the Floor Coverings International Team. Our hardwood floors were looking dull and worn, and we urgently needed a screen and recoat. We scheduled a consultation with Austin Hall, and throughout the entire process, he demonstrated impressive knowledge and courtesy. Austin thoroughly assessed our floors and provided a comprehensive explanation of the necessary work to enhance and optimize their appearance. He delved into the intricate interactions between the types of floors, their durability, and how different coatings affect them. In addition to his expertise, Austin offered a detailed cost estimate and patiently answered all our follow-up questions. Brian was kind and very patient throughout the entire process. He performed the screen and recoat of our floor using a gloss or super-gloss water-based polyurethane. His expert workmanship made our hardwood floors sparkle. Overall, Austin and Brian’s service was outstanding. I highly recommend the Floor Coverings International Team to anyone in need of quality flooring services.

Floor Coverings International did a beautiful job with our basement carpet. Austin is incredibly professional and makes the process painless from start to finish. The quality is great and the installation looks perfect. Very fair pricing, this is local business worth supporting. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I recently had work done with FCI. Austin was my consultant he was very knowledgeable and patient with his recommendations and samples. We ended up getting new carpets on three rooms, a hallway, and two staircases! I really like that he showed the difference between his carpet samples and one that had been provided by a competitor. We were so pleased with the carpet that we let them (David and Damien) install wooden tiles on the entire basement floor and the whole basement looks amazing. I also respect that they didn’t require payment until the work was completed to my satisfaction. Which was a deal breaker with the other company I was dealing with Ken, Macomb

This team is absolutely incredible. I got a quote from a larger company for my house, and they quoted me nearly double what Floor Coverings International did. When Austin came out for the quote, he created a completely low-pressure environment and gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision. The entire process was fast, easy, and the quality was incredible. They are truly an amazing family-owned company. Honestly, I find it very difficult to find home improvement companies that genuinely care about their customers rather than just the money, but this company is the most genuine I’ve ever worked with. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We had carpet installed on our stairway, upstairs hall, and three bedrooms. Floor Coverings International did everything. Moved all the furniture, removed old padding and carpeting, installed new padding and carpeting, and moved all the furniture back. They did an outstanding job, and the work was done in less than one day. The installers were professional, worked extremely hard, and answered all my questions. The owners were also hands on, stopping by to observe the work and made follow up phone calls. Very happy with the final product.

I coordinated this project from California, and from the very first visit, Austin proved to be nothing short of a miracle for my family. He took extra measurements, stayed in close communication, and made sure every detail was handled with care. On installation day, he even showed up to support Jessie and the team, who were equally professional, efficient, and kind. After the carpet was installed, they went above and beyond by helping move the furniture back into place. I’m deeply grateful to Austin, Jessie, and everyone at Floor Coverings International for their exceptional service and genuine care for my mom and her home.
