Words cannot express how happy we are with the entire process of having our floors refinished. Austin shared his knowledge with us on the initial consult to let us know what to expect and cost factors, no hidden fees very upfront with everything. I had interviewed 3 other companies to compare pricing and Floor Coverings International beat all 3 estimates and gave us more bang for our buck. Jeff, Randy and the ( floor whisperer) Brian who did the floors were experts when it came to refinishing the floors, they explained every step of the process and what to expect when all was said and done. FCI did a great job! Loved working with them. They were knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We had four bedrooms carpeted, hallway hardwood floor refinished and two new stairway runners.
