I recently had work done with FCI. Austin was my consultant he was very knowledgeable and patient with his recommendations and samples. We ended up getting new carpets on three rooms, a hallway, and two staircases! I really like that he showed the difference between his carpet samples and one that had been provided by a competitor. We were so pleased with the carpet that we let them (David and Damien) install wooden tiles on the entire basement floor and the whole basement looks amazing. I also respect that they didn’t require payment until the work was completed to my satisfaction. Which was a deal breaker with the other company I was dealing with Ken, Macomb

This team is absolutely incredible. I got a quote from a larger company for my house, and they quoted me nearly double what Floor Coverings International did. When Austin came out for the quote, he created a completely low-pressure environment and gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision. The entire process was fast, easy, and the quality was incredible. They are truly an amazing family-owned company. Honestly, I find it very difficult to find home improvement companies that genuinely care about their customers rather than just the money, but this company is the most genuine I’ve ever worked with. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We had carpet installed on our stairway, upstairs hall, and three bedrooms. Floor Coverings International did everything. Moved all the furniture, removed old padding and carpeting, installed new padding and carpeting, and moved all the furniture back. They did an outstanding job, and the work was done in less than one day. The installers were professional, worked extremely hard, and answered all my questions. The owners were also hands on, stopping by to observe the work and made follow up phone calls. Very happy with the final product.

I coordinated this project from California, and from the very first visit, Austin proved to be nothing short of a miracle for my family. He took extra measurements, stayed in close communication, and made sure every detail was handled with care. On installation day, he even showed up to support Jessie and the team, who were equally professional, efficient, and kind. After the carpet was installed, they went above and beyond by helping move the furniture back into place. I’m deeply grateful to Austin, Jessie, and everyone at Floor Coverings International for their exceptional service and genuine care for my mom and her home.

I had a great experience working with Ken, Amy and John (installer). Very easy to schedule an appointment for consultation, product viewing, and installation. Communication was perfect, which was critical for me because the project was out of state and I was unable to meet face to face. Replies were always prompt and clear, which works great for me due to my busy schedule. Ken was able to match me with the vinyl flooring I was seeking and installation took only 2 days for a 1 story 1100sq ft apartment. The apartment looks beautiful now and craftsmanship has been too notch. Contractors have been very respectful of the property as well.
