We hired them for a commercial office renovation! They were timely and provided great quality work. They gave us different options that fit our budget, and Austin really took the time to thoroughly explain the differences in products. We would easily hire them again and highly recommend them for any project- big or small!

Right from the beginning we received a five star experience, starting with flooring samples at my project. No need to travel to a show room! Austin helped us choose a solid product and planned our comprehensive removal of old flooring and installed the new carpets. The install team was swift and the results were exactly what we ordered. I can’t say enough good things about International Floors. I’ve tried the other shops. No one compares to the price, selection and service of Floor Coverings International.

It was an easy decision choosing Floor Companies International. No pushy sales pitch, they were very knowledgeable, and helpful. They did a fantastic job with our kitchen tile and carpet installation, the work went smoothly, and everyone was polite and courteous. They work hard!! Our house is old and crazy and full of surprises. 6+ layers of old flooring later, they were still able to make my vision a reality and in record time. Austin came to check on the work everyday, which meant a lot to have a person and company care so much about how it's going. A+ all the way. I have wood floors that need refinishing in the near future so now I know exactly where to go and who I can trust. Check out before and afters. :)

I cannot speak highly enough about the character I saw from this company. We had them out to give us a quote to tear out carpet and put down laminate in our family room. The sales rep (Austin) came out with a ton of samples for us to choose from. We decided to pull up a corner to get a better idea of what was underneath and it was parquet flooring. We decided we were going to just dump the carpet and refinish that. Austin was incredibly polite about it and even gave us tips for how to do it even though we weren't going through with new floors. 10/10 experience and should we decide to do any other flooring we will be using this company based on this alone.

Austin our design consultant. My husband Jim and I discussed a plan with Austin to refinish old wood floors. Our goal was to bring the wood back to life and enjoy. His team was very professional they discussed the process of the work to be done day 1. We went to lunch came back and wow they were done sanding floors. They provided stain samples on the floor we knew from the start we wanted Early American. After they completed the stain. The next day the team returned and completed the next process of protecting the wood. Once completed the gave us instructions on the flooring when we could walk and also putting furniture on the floor. We are completely satisfied with the finished product and so happy we chose Austin and Floor Covering International of Metro Detroit. I highly recommended them.

Austin the sales Rep is an awesome person.. very personable, extremely knowledgeable and caring as to your experience with your new carpet. Made the experience very easy and not a lot of stress.. Luis and Miquel were the installers, they were very professional and very considerate. Had to move some of my furniture and were extremely careful.
