We recently bought a house and wanted to replace the old flooring with a combination of LVP and carpet. After speaking with a few well-known flooring companies, we decided to work with Floor Coverings International Metro Detroit, and we're so glad we did. Austin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He took the time to understand what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure we stayed within our budget without compromising on quality. The installation was completed professionally, on schedule, and the final result exceeded our expectations. From start to finish this project went smooth as silk. Everything about this company is very professional. From Austin asking me questions that I would never have thought of to the precise installation, this job was handled perfectly. I was so impressed at how much time Austin spent with me asking questions so I could get exactly what I wanted. His knowledge of all of their products is remarkable. Having the mobile showroom come to me made this even easier. The FCI installers are masters of their craft. They even reused my existing moldings. Great planning, great products and incredible craftsmanship. I would give six stars if I could.

Austin and his team did an awesome job on the carpet installation. The whole process was quick, effortless, and stress-free from start to finish. Austin was super easy to work with, communicated well, showed up when he said he would, and made sure everything looked perfect before wrapping up. The carpet completely changed the feel of the rooms and the install looks extremely clean around the edges, closets, and transitions. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work instead of just rushing through jobs. Definitely recommend Floor Coverings International Metro East Detroit to anyone looking for honest people and solid work.

Austin took the order for a rental unit in Roseville. He sent two carpet installers quickly and was done same day. They took our old carpet and padding. Good price and great customer service.
