Wow is all I can say! We moved into a new house and needed to update the carpeting and didn’t know where to start. Floor Coverings Int’l made it such an unbelievably easy process. They brought just the right samples based on what I told them my preferences were and in minutes I was able to find the perfect fit. The delivery came before the anticipated install date far exceeding my expectations. The installers did a perfect job. I would highly recommend Kenny, Amy and their team for any project.

After 6 months of struggling to get quotes and find reliable people to re-do our bathroom floors Amy and Ken were recommended to me. After making contact with them everything became so much easier. They helped us throughout the whole process, including driving to our house multiple times to pick tile and grout styles. The install was passed to John to coordinate and he was excellent and responsive. While there were a couple delays to get it going, they still finished the job in the time frame he said originally. The installer Tony was great and friendly and did excellent work. While having to completely tear out and re-do our bathrooms was an unfortunate problem to come out of buying a new house, I was glad to go through this process with Ken and Amy to give us a bathroom we are truly happy with.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. THREE ROOMS and all three rooms were a disaster. CARPET TUNNELING ALL OVER, POOR INSTALLATION. VINYL IN HALLWAY, I could have done a better job. BATHROOM TILE, WRONG TILE, RAN OUT OF TILE and when they took out baseboard they tore out some of wall and covered it with rubber garbage to hide it. Painter found it. Installers don't soeak English and you can't communicate with them. Please go elsewhere. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

So far so good, I haven't ordered yet, but Ken and Amy have been most accommodating and informative with me. I will be ordering my new flooring and carpet with them.

We use this company first time and absolutely love our new honeycomb design tile for our bathroom. Navy blue with white grout came out beautiful. Work professional with timely two days to complete. I will use this company again in the near future. Dimitri

I had a great experience working with Ken, Amy and John (installer). Very easy to schedule an appointment for consultation, product viewing, and installation. Communication was perfect, which was critical for me because the project was out of state and I was unable to meet face to face. Replies were always prompt and clear, which works great for me due to my busy schedule. Ken was able to match me with the vinyl flooring I was seeking and installation took only 2 days for a 1 story 1100sq ft apartment. The apartment looks beautiful now and craftsmanship has been too notch. Contractors have been very respectful of the property as well.

It was a pleasure working with Ken. He is easy to speak to and very knowledgeable about flooring and the conditions of the home (subfloor, floor joists, etc.) and how that will effect how the flooring needs to be installed. I would highly recommend this branch of Floor Coverings International for anyone looking to upgrade their existing floor coverings.
