Austin the sales Rep is an awesome person.. very personable, extremely knowledgeable and caring as to your experience with your new carpet. Made the experience very easy and not a lot of stress.. Luis and Miquel were the installers, they were very professional and very considerate. Had to move some of my furniture and were extremely careful. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any of your flooring needs. Thank you to the whole crew!

I had an outstanding experience with Floor Coverings International Metro East Detroit, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Austin was the person I worked with, and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question I had, and made the whole decision process easy and even enjoyable. The quality of the carpet and the installation exceeded my expectations. The crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and paid attention to every detail. Everything was completed on time, and the final result looks amazing. What really stood out was Austin’s commitment even after the installation. Austin is amazing, they do fenominal work and I knew i didn't have to worry about anything. There timely and offer a pretty good selection to boot. Highly recommend !!

My wife and I met Austin and his team at an event in Chesterfield where they had a booth set up with a variety of flooring samples and product lines. We talked for a bit and ended up setting an appointment. Austin came prepared he brought a wide range of hardwood samples (the more the merrier, in my opinion), which made it easy to find exactly what we wanted. Once everything was finalized, materials were ordered and an install date was scheduled without any hassle. Throughout the entire process, Austin was extremely thorough and kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. On installation day, Austin showed up early to meet his crew and get things rolling. The installers were professional, detail-oriented, and kept everything clean. They were also very friendly and easy to work with. My wife and I both work full-time, so it was important for us to feel comfortable having people in our home while we weren’t there and they absolutely gave us that confidence. All in all, this was a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be calling them back for future work.

Austin was very helpful in explaining the many choices in carpeting. Installation went well. Crew was done in about 5 hours. One of my closet doors would not open properly and Austin was helpful in getting it back on track. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for a positive buying experience.
