This was the second project by this company! Floor Coverings International is a wonderful group of people to deal with. Austin came out to give me an estimate on refinishing floors in two rooms. He was professional and helpful. They all communicated well. Brian went above and beyond on helping me decide which stain to use. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Thank you!!

We wanted to remove our living room carpeting and get the luxury vinyl tile but were concerned it might be difficult to coordinate the color and style with our current kitchen flooring. Austin came out, heard our concerns and sent us many samples. We surprisingly narrowed it down to two choices very quickly. Austin and his design team helped us confirm that our final choice would look the best and yes, WE LOVE IT! It’s beautiful and easy to keep clean. Austin was super helpful and the installers were very nice and very efficient. We will recommend them to everyone!

Floor Coverings International - customer service like I have never experienced! Follow-up on a carpet seam issue same day, carpet basically re-installed two days later to correct the problem. It looks fantastic! Purchase and install was also very professional. Great company to do business with, highly recommend.
