Just had four bedrooms, a hallway and a staircase carpeted and was very happy with our salespersons’s communication and attention to detail. I got proposals from two other local carpet retailers but neither could come close on pricing. FCI was able to source and send me samples of many options when I was trying to narrow down my choices. The install was done well and everything was cleaned up. The owners stopped by to quickly resolve a small post-install issue. I’d highly recommend working with FCI.

This was the second project by this company! Floor Coverings International is a wonderful group of people to deal with. Austin came out to give me an estimate on refinishing floors in two rooms. He was professional and helpful. They all communicated well. Brian went above and beyond on helping me decide which stain to use. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Thank you!!
