The FCI team was very professional. They came in took measurements, discussed options, provided pricing and left. NO high pressure sales! Day of the job, there crew was prompt and efficient. Left the kitchen better than they found it and cleaned up after themselves. I have other properties and look forward to using them again!

I was referred to Matt by a friend and only regret I had was waiting to call him. They returned my call in a timely fashion, set the appointment and showed up as promised. They were very professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them!

It’s really refreshing to work with a company that has the customers needs as a priority. They bring the samples and offer products you can’t get anywhere else. Plus the do the entire job. Not just a turn and burn like the big box stores. Very thankful to have these guys on my team.

It was great working with Matt Fritz and Rochester Hills Flooring company! Our basement carpet was damaged by water. We were able to have Matt out the next week and selected, with Matt’s help, a beautiful floating lament floor. Our order was delivered within a week and Matt held in his warehouse till we were ready. He also held all our undamaged carpet and then helped us find someone to cut and bind 2 beautiful custom sized area rugs! So our carpeted stairs and new rugs match and really complement our new laminate flooring! We did have a couple of tricky areas in the floor especially around drains right in the main walkway and Matt sent out this top notch expert who made beautiful recessed covers that seriously you have to search for to find them!! We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new flooring and we will definitely give them a call for all our future flooring needs!!

I needed to replace my carpet with vinyl flooring, and Matt and his team gave a fantastic presentation and brought some decent samples. They were polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I am delighted to find a floor named Chestnut, just like my dog! The crew completed the job perfectly and efficiently in one day. I was initially worried about moving the furniture, but they handled it seamlessly. Now I love my new floors!

Matt and team were so great to work with and were so pleased with the carpet and that we found such an awesome company. We were on a time crunch with getting the carpet in, and it ended up working out that we would be out of town when the carpet arrived, and while a little hesitant about having them work on the house while we were gone, we were so happy to come back and find everything installed and looking great! Would definitely recommend working with this company, we got a lot of bids and they were by far the most cost effective.

Love my floors! Matt and his team did a great job refinishing the hardwood floors at our home. The house looks great and the floors took an upgrade. The team was very professional and did everything to make sure the job was 100% at my entire satisfaction . We did this project 2 weeks before Christmas so it was a very stressful time. Matt was very empathetic and solved everything in a timely manner. The job was completed by the timeline and everything was perfect. I am so pleased with this company’s work, that we are doing the carpets on the basement with them next week. Thank you Matt!
