Mark and Jenny are a wealth of knowledge and they bring the store to you. You won’t go wrong with them. They did an amazing job on new floors and a vanity in my home and went above and beyond when the inevitable challenges arose.

They were prompt but at the last minute canceled because of my address which they had the whole time. The first thing I lead with is my address which is remote. I was sad about this.

FCI did a great job helping us replace our basement flooring on a very tight schedule and we are very pleased with the results. Austin was very friendly informative about the process and made an effort to communicate with us every step of the way. many Sergio and Jesus did a wonderful job and were very professional and considerate in explaining the process to us when we had questions. Would definitely hire them for future projects!

We chose Bob with with Floor Coverings International of Ogden in Clearfield, UT. Thank you Bob! Your service and help is by far above your competitors! I had 3 other bids and you were the best priced that came with a premium carpet and memory foam pad, installation, furniture move, etc. and you and your company is above others. You guys are clean-dressed, professional, accomodating, priced right and just easy to work with, so thank you for the experience! Corbin in project management and scheduling is very accommodating and responsive! Your installers were top notch!!! Randy, Eddie and the other (can't remember his name) were so kind, prefessional and are very good at what they do! If I need more carpet, Bob is who I will choose!

I spoke initially with the owner Reid, him and his team led by Traci came in and tore out our old flooring and replaced it with Luxury Vinyl Plank! It really changed the outdated look of our office at our brand new location for Grander Marine in St. Petersburg! Excellent communication and were able to meet our expedited timeline and work around our painters.

From the very beginning, Steve was open, honest, and transparent. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, and they did an excellent job restoring our upstairs floors, which had been in poor condition from the previous owner, as well as refinishing the downstairs. 10/10 — I would definitely hire them again!
