We can’t thank Steve, Cheryl, and team enough for the amazing job they did on our LVP and carpet. There was a small delay in the LVP shipment because it was lost in transit, but Steve and Cheryl were very responsive in updating us when it was coming so we never felt like we were left in the dark. They even sent out a crew to start installation on a Sunday so we weren’t waiting any longer. The floors turned out exactly what we had wanted and for an affordable price. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend this company.

This company is great to work with. All of our interactions where professional and they are very easy work with. They where able to get us exactly what we needed at a great price. The installer Tomwas here within in a week, and is flooring machine. Did our whole house in one day all by himself. Super job.

Highly recommend FCI!!! From the first phone call with Cheryl, to the meeting with Steve in my home to choose a quality carpet, then subsequent scheduling, and finally installation - the communication, customer service and quality was outstanding. Steve was great in helping me navigate a short window from ordering to installation to meet a tight movi-in schedule into a new home. These guys are truly wonderful and their installer was incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous. The carpet is beautiful!

Not on time or even skipped days. Wrong size stair tread’s ordered. Patching work instead of doing it correct the first time. I do not recommend.

Love our new hardwood floors! Started our process with a national company but snag after snag led us to look locally. Steve and Cheryl made us glad we did! Easy process, great people and we are thrilled with the end result!

Steve was communicative and friendly and set us up with new floors in a relatively short time frame. We are very happy with the result and they were easy to work with! Thank you Steve, Kevin, and FCI!

Steve, at Floor Coverings of South Portland, was one of the vendors we visited at this year's Home Show. He took the time to listen to our needs and arranged an at-home visit to see the project and provide an assessment. Even though we shopped around, we kept coming back to Floor Coverings. He quoted exactly what we needed as well as amazing communication throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend Steve for any flooring project.
