Highly recommend FCI!!! From the first phone call with Cheryl, to the meeting with Steve in my home to choose a quality carpet, then subsequent scheduling, and finally installation - the communication, customer service and quality was outstanding. Steve was great in helping me navigate a short window from ordering to installation to meet a tight movi-in schedule into a new home. These guys are truly wonderful and their installer was incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous. The carpet is beautiful!

Not on time or even skipped days. Wrong size stair tread’s ordered. Patching work instead of doing it correct the first time. I do not recommend.

Steve, at Floor Coverings of South Portland, was one of the vendors we visited at this year's Home Show. He took the time to listen to our needs and arranged an at-home visit to see the project and provide an assessment. Even though we shopped around, we kept coming back to Floor Coverings. He quoted exactly what we needed as well as amazing communication throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend Steve for any flooring project.

We were very pleased at the quick response to our inquiry for new carpeting on the basement stairs.
