We recently had carpeting installed in our home by Floor Covering international, Silver Spring, Md. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Sonya Sbar, the owner, is a unique blend of professionalism, courtsey, and class. She visited our home, took time to answr all our questions to our complete satisfaction, and never made us feel rushed. Her installers were equally friendly, courteous, and competent. They did an excellent job. There were a few minor issues , we noted after the installation, but Sonya and her installers addressed them promptly and to our complete satisfaction. We especially appreciated their responsiveness and commitment to making sure that we were happy with the finished work. We would gladly recommend Floor Covering International, Silver Spring, Md. to anyone for quality carpeting and excellent customer service.
