We had a great experience with Sonya and the team! Communication was clear throughout, and they did an excellent job protecting and covering everything to minimize dust and mess. The price seemed a little higher than some other options, but the results were absolutely worth it. Our floors turned out beautiful, and they even finished earlier than expected. Everyone was helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them :)

I just LOVE FCI of Silver Spring, and especially the owner Sonya Sbar, who is the most patient, kind, hard-working, knowledgeable and dedicated salesperson I've ever met. From the moment she entered our house to help us choose a new floor for the kitchen and hallway, she was determined to give all the time necessary to help us find the "right" one. With her vast array of samples, and the ability to "try out floors" with the app on her phone, we were able to very quickly find the perfect floor. Other salesmen from other companies had come and gone; they showed us a few samples and left. Sonya stuck it out for the long haul, wanting to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Through FCI we also bought carpet for two different areas of our house. Sonya was willing to order dozens of large samples for us (she might have provided as many as 50!), at no cost to us. FCI works with many carpet manufacturers, so Sonya was able to talk to carpet reps and find every choice imaginable to fit our narrow qualifications for color and texture. This is an amazing company! I've been recommending them to everyone who will listen.
