Sonya and her team are phenomenal. We replaced the carpet in three rooms and changed one room from carpet to hardwood floors. It looks GREAT. The carpet is a high quality wool from New Zealand, which looks gorgeous and makes the rooms look new, warm and inviting. When I mentioned that I was worried about microplastics, Sonya sat down and showed me some great natural fiber options, and then she worked to get me a great deal amid all this tariff craziness. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and I LOVE the product we ended up with. The wood floors are beautiful and the attention to detail in little places like closets and corners shines through. Sonya works with a team of reliable and skilled craftsmen who were all a pleasure to work with.
