I contacted Floor Coverings International of Bowie after other companies told me Brazilian Cherry flooring I was trying to replace was unavailable from their Suppliers. From the first call, their team was professional, attentive, and responsive. Mr. Moorman provided a thorough in-home consultation, took time to understand what I wanted, and clearly explained my options so I could make a confident decision. He also patiently answered questions from my daughter, who joined by video. The process, pricing, and preparation steps were all clearly outlined. Cris, Installation Manager, followed up within 24 hours, kept me informed throughout, and ensured the installation ran smoothly. The team arrived on time, completed the work without damage, made a minor adjustment to my mishap, and left everything clean and in place. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the hardwood and laminate flooring and the professionalism of the entire team. Excellent service, fair pricing, and thoughtful follow-up. I highly recommend FCI. Wonderful service and beautiful floor. From the initial contact (including a very thorough and informative flooring selection process) to the after installation inspection, FCI provided exceptional service. Ramsey and him team stayed fluid and were able to accommodate changes in my schedule, but once we could set a date the floor was installed on time and extremely quickly and the workmanship is so beautiful. I heartedly recommend Floor Coverings International of Bowie to anyone looking to install hardwood flooring.

I have been recommending Ramsey and his team for months now. I own a water damage mitigation company and take out a lot of floors in the process. I always people always follow-up with our mutual customers and they are always satisfied. He always follows up 10 days after install to make sure his customers were properly taken care of.

Excellent experience. Would highly recommend. Ramsay was really helpful and patient with on making our decision. The concept of mobile showroom is fantastic.
