I contacted Floor Coverings International of Bowie after other companies told me Brazilian Cherry flooring I was trying to replace was unavailable from their Suppliers. From the first call, their team was professional, attentive, and responsive. Mr. Moorman provided a thorough in-home consultation, took time to understand what I wanted, and clearly explained my options so I could make a confident decision. He also patiently answered questions from my daughter, who joined by video. The process, pricing, and preparation steps were all clearly outlined. Cris, Installation Manager, followed up within 24 hours, kept me informed throughout, and ensured the installation ran smoothly. The team arrived on time, completed the work without damage, made a minor adjustment to my mishap, and left everything clean and in place. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the hardwood and laminate flooring and the professionalism of the entire team. Excellent service, fair pricing, and thoughtful follow-up. From the initial contact (including a very thorough and informative flooring selection process) to the after installation inspection, FCI provided exceptional service.
