We had a good experience with Floor Coverings International. The 3 different contractor teams did excellent work on tile, wood and carpet floor renovation projects, that all look very nice and installed in a day or 2. Wood floor was refinished and stained. Tile replaced a former old vinyl kitchen floor and carpeting replaced former older carpet. Ramsey Moorman and his office team always kept us informed of the project schedules and all issues involved with the 3 flooring projects. We highly recommend using Floor Coverings International for floor renovations.

Floor Coverings International of Bowie installed floors in my basement in a very tight timeline. Ramsey came and reviewed flooring options with us. Based on our responses to some questions, he brought in some samples and we were able to select flooring that was perfect for our needs. The project manager, Chris Gonzales, was very communicative, and kept us up-to-date. Working with FCI was great. They make the process easy and the finished product was beyond what we expected.

A somewhat difficult job because of the configuration of my steps and transition from hardwood to laminate. The team was super caring and spent time with me to work through options. Great service from the initial consultation right to the completion of the job.Ramsey was very thorough in every aspect, he was very patience and not pushy trying to get me to hire his company.His quote was the very best out of the 4 other companies .The installer were their at the time that we had scheduled, they were superb .I had NO complaints whatsoever. They left the area clean with no trash to be cleaned up by me.. The work was inspected by the installers supervisor to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction, which was 100%. Ramsey returned 30 days later to reinspect the finished flooring just like he had stated in the contract. They did everything in the timeframe that they had given me.. My wife and i just love our new flooring!!! We highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Bowie, MD..GREAT COMPANY
