About 2 weeks ago I had FCI install tile that I selected. Ramsey was very professional with sharing the selections I asked for and very thorough in helping me narrow down my choice. In addition, he was on time for our appointments and he kept in contact before, during and after the installation.The installer Derek was professional and on time as well. I love my floor! Thank you.

I found Ramsey and his office staff person to be extremely professional , with excellent customer service.He helped secure some out to date custom classic vinyl planks to repair a 11 yrs old floor and his prices were very reasonable . I would highly recommend him and his company. I see why others gave his company 5 stars.

The team at FCI were great! The floors look great and they have plenty of options for all styles and price points. Installation was finished in one day and the finished product looks great. FCI followed up after the job was completed to make sure the job was done correctly and address any of my concerns. I will definitely be using them again for my next flooring project.

We had a good experience with Floor Coverings International. The 3 different contractor teams did excellent work on tile, wood and carpet floor renovation projects, that all look very nice and installed in a day or 2. Wood floor was refinished and stained. Tile replaced a former old vinyl kitchen floor and carpeting replaced former older carpet. Ramsey Moorman and his office team always kept us informed of the project schedules and all issues involved with the 3 flooring projects. We highly recommend using Floor Coverings International for floor renovations.

Floor Coverings International of Bowie installed floors in my basement in a very tight timeline. Ramsey came and reviewed flooring options with us. Based on our responses to some questions, he brought in some samples and we were able to select flooring that was perfect for our needs. The project manager, Chris Gonzales, was very communicative, and kept us up-to-date. Working with FCI was great. They make the process easy and the finished product was beyond what we expected.
