We had a wonderful experience with Tim and his team. Tim showed up on time and was able to give us three different quotes in under an hour. He communicated with us promptly throughout the project. We needed the floors done quickly, and they worked with our schedule beyond expectations. We closed on the house and got the quote on Monday, and the floors were finished by Friday. The installer, Elvin, was a true pro. He was able adjust his approach due to lack of a subfloor, and refinished our 100 year old wood floors beautifully. There was one major crack in one of the boards, he filled it to be totally smooth with the rest of the floor. There were many other rough patches and nails in the floor, and when he was done they were all smooth. He also completely sealed off the stairs and rooms that weren’t being used, and at the end the dust in the rooms being refinished was minimal. Would absolutely recommend Tim his team, and hope to work with them again!

We had a flood in our guest cabin. Jonathan was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond for us and made the floor renovation process smooth and stress free. We have had so many compliments on our new floor and it looks even better than before. We are so happy with Jonathan and he was pleasure to work with and very professional. Would definitely recommend Jonathan and floor coverings international.

What a great all around experience. I saw their ad on Facebook and took a chance. I got a call back in the morning. From that initial contact, Floor Coverings International of NW Michigan Flooring did what they said would do and when they said they’d do it. I got a call or text an hour before anyone from the company was coming to our condo. What a pleasure, as tradespeople in our small northern Michigan community are known for not returning calls, not showing up after making an appointment to come over and charging totally ridiculous prices for mediocre work. The estimate for LVP came in a few thousand (yes, that’s correct) dollars less than the 2 estimates we had done previously. Paul, the installer, worked like crazy completing our project and did an amazing job. From the owner Jeff (who came through for the final inspection) to the first person who called me after I responded to the Facebook ad and everyone in between, we were treated respectfully and with courtesy. We’re now going to have Aaron come back to measure our second floor and stairs for carpet. We’re totally happy with our decision to use this company and will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors. A+++

Wonderful experience from meeting with the owner to meeting with the sales rep, Mark. The entire team has been professional from start to finish. Mark did an awesome job with presentation and making sure we were happy about the product, price., and warranty. Kept in touch the entire time. Pedro, supervisor, appreciate him stopping by QA the process. Not the cheapest, but 100% love our finish and process. the install team was tremendous and really appreciate all their help with bunch of furniture. Very clean and precise crew. High praises all the way around.

Floor Coverings International was great to work with. The quality of their products and installation surpassed our expectations. We met Joyce at the Reno Home and Garden Show. From this first meeting, Joyce went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied. Michael did a fabulous job installing both the carpet and vinyl tile. He was so precise and did a great job leaving everything clean. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International and will use them for all of our flooring needs.

I can’t recommend They tore up the old carpet that was throughout most of my house, put down LVP on the second floor, new hardwoods on the first floor that match our existing hardwoods beautifully, and installed a runner on our stairs. The new flooring really brought our 1990’s house into this decade. I feel like this is the flooring my house was meant to have. Cindy, Joe, and the FCI team made the entire process very easy. Everything from their mobile show room to the installation was well communicated was fantastic. I can’t recommend Cindy, Joe, and FCI highly enough.

An incredible experience working with Floor Coverings International to update our bedroom carpet. They bring a variety of carpet samples to your home, and measure. It was so simple. The carpet was ordered and installed, by a terrific crew, within a week. We know we will work with them again.

Dan with RFCI was great to work with, start to finish. Our initial phone consultation enabled him to bring samples that fit my vision for my flooring to a T!
