Vincenzo and his team were super responsive and gave us a great suite of options to help us tie together a mess of a first floor. We had multiple patterns and colors of hardwood and water damaged flooring as a result of a leak. Vincenzo recommended great new materials to replace the damaged hardwood and sand and stain the remaining floors to match. When we noticed some work that needed touching up, they sent someone out right away and the results were fantastic. Fair pricing, transparency in terms and quality work all around!

I am very happy with their job done by this company. The people came they work all day in till the job was finished. They clean up after they have done. They took out the trash and I was very impressed how they vacuumed everything. I appreciate them very much. The floors looks nice and very beautiful

We recently had Floor Coverings International in Bethesda put in new flooring at our home, and overall, it was a really positive experience. They installed carpet in our bedrooms and basement and hardwood in our living room and on the stairs, and the place looks great. One thing we really appreciated was their no-pressure approach when it came to picking out our flooring. We took our time, went back and forth on choices, and Vincenzo was always patient and flexible, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. There were a few manufacturer hiccups early on — they sent mismatched planks for the hardwood — but Vincenzo and his project manager, Chris, stayed on top of it. Even with that delay, they were able to start the installation just 14 days after we signed the contract, which we thought was impressively quick. The actual work added up to two full days, but they spread it out over the week. This gave us time to make sure we were happy with how they handled the manufacturer issue, and it also meant we didn’t have to live in a total construction zone the whole time. They even came out on the weekend to keep things moving, which we really appreciated. The crew worked hard to stay on schedule, and we were grateful for their effort. We’re really happy with how everything turned out so far, and it’s clear they put a lot of effort into doing quality work. Based on our experience, we’d definitely recommend Vincenzo, and his team at Floor Coverings International in Bethesda to anyone looking for a team that works hard, listens to their customers, and gets the job done right.
