Glen explained the product well and helped me choose my flooring. The installer Jim and his assistant Blaire came on time. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up thoroughly. I am so happy with my new floor that I sent pictures to everyone. I highly recommend this company.

Glen was great, from thoroughly going over all the options to a beautiful installation. We were unfortunately dealing with a floor disaster in our kitchen where a bad product from a previous install (flooring from another company) was popping up under our feet. He was very understanding and sympathetic of our situation and how we wanted to get it redone as soon as possible. He explained what went wrong with the first product/install and gave us a great deal on a quality luxury vinyl floor with professional installation. We will definitely be reaching out to his company for future flooring needs. Thanks Glen!

We needed to replace a floor in the bathroom and called Floor Coverings International in Pembroke MA. Glen Thornton set up an appointment within 2 days and went over all the details even brought floor samples with him. He also told us about the Floor International website where I could download a picture of me bathroom and choose different tiles to see how they would look in my bathroom. The process went through and Glen and his team came in and did a great job. Right from the start by putting down rugs to protect my floors to taking up the old floor and then installing the new floor. Everything was cleaned up and after they left you would not know there had been construction going on in my house that day. I love my new floor!!!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT use these people to install your floors. We were completely upsold to a terrible product that was much more expensive. The first installation was a disaster- installing new vinyl flooring right over a bulging threshold because they were too lazy to remove it, major areas missed or flooring just laying on top and not glued down. It took months for the team to come back to fix these problems because we were told the product was on back order- only to find out from the distributor that they had product the entire time. Now there are major problems with the second installation...apparently a moisture issue that no one bothered to warn us about or mitigate before we paid thousand of dollars. Now we are left with a non-functional floor, out thousands of dollars and Glen has completely ghosted us. He told us originally that the "job is not done until you are satisfied", but he bolted when we said it needs to be fixed or we need to get a partial refund. Total scam. Save yourself!
