"Really impressed by this Poway location! I called multiple flooring stores desperately in search for additional LVP flooring to complete an already underway bathroom remodel. Chafic was the most responsive & gave his time to help me figure out if we could identify any local stock - even with the likelihood of not buying from him, he was so very kind & generous with his support. In the end, we did move forward with ordering boxes through this store because of the great service and we were surprised by how quickly they managed to get it to us (he even delivered personally & carried to my garage). Great local business we will think of first for additional flooring needs The 1 star review before mine sounds pretty unfair & misdirected. My order was for only 4 boxes and no installation, yet this store was more than gracious with their support (even after I first indicated I'd like not be buying because of the tight turnaround)."

The pattern I chose was discontinued, but Jeff found a similar one and came to install it. I happily paid him as we could not find anything that came close to matching."

We called Michael at Floor Coverings International and he came out and gave us an estimate. We asked him if he could match the new flooring with the current flooring. Michael was able to find the identical hardwood we had throughout the rest of the house. His crew was terrific. Between my wife and I, we had a couple of health issues and Michael was very accommodating when we had to push back the installation date twice. "I was shocked at how easy this process was. I will be honest, I don’t write reviews often. I’m busy, and most experiences are just… fine. But Devin and the team at FCI genuinely earned this one. So I’m taking the time. My floors had been bothering me for years. The old vinyl was worn out, dated, and just made the whole space feel tired. I knew I wanted to upgrade to something more fresh, but between work and everything else going on in life, I kept pushing it off.. Finding a contractor I could trust with my home and who wouldn’t waste my time felt like too big of a project in itself. Then I connected with Devin. From the very first conversation, it was clear this was a different kind of experience. After a detailed call where he asked great questions to really understand what I wanted, he came to me, showed up with samples (great options), walked me through my options without any pressure, and actually listened to what I was asking for. He was direct and knowledgeable, did not talk down to me, and gave me a clear picture of what the project would involve. No runaround, no vague estimates. The install process was super smooth. Crew removed the old vinyl, moved the furniture in the house, and installed this beautiful product. They did a great job. Transitions are clean and the floor is level. What stood out most, though, was the teams follow-through. He and Rebecca kept me in the loop the entire time and they were extremely responsive. The crew treated my home with care and respect. I’ve dealt with contractors who disappear once the deposit clears… this was the opposite of that. If you are even considering getting new flooring, please do yourself a favor and at least have Devin out for a free consultation. At a minimum you will learn a lot and meet a great guy."
