Mike and his contractor did such a great job on our kitchen floor. From the first consultation to the end of the project he was very responsive and took time to answer any questions we had. It is hard to find a good company that does honest work and we found it with Floor Coverings International. Also their pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again for future flooring projects and recommend them to friends and family.

I can't say enough about Mike and his team. We had a VERY challenging situation and timeline, with a painting crew and Mikes crew working concurrently. And obviously things are bound to happen. We let everyone know ahead of time what was going on, and how it would be managed. Both teams were very accommodating, but Mike EXCEEDED in really working with us every step of the way. Our job was monumental (they had to undo bad work others had done and reconstruct from scratch). The process was stressful but Mike worked with us to make it as easy on my nerves as possible. From floor selection, negotiating price and scope, he was phenomenal. Not everything goes as smoothly as one would expect, but you have to respect a company that doesn't mansplain, or get into childish debates with the home owner. Differences were handled SUPERBLY with deft and consideration. Even the team was very cooperative, and took care of not throwing the other team under the bus, super respectful and not reactionary when I lost MY cool! If you have a floor reno, or new floor project, Mike and his team are winners! Professional, accommodating, flexible (within reason), reasonably priced, and easy to work with!

Awesome from start to finish. Mike came out and really took the time to go over everything and explain prices, products what we should and shouldn't do. Valney the installer is a great guy, very hard worker made sure my wife and I were 100% satisfied. once the job was done Mike came back to inspect everything again took the time to go over everything with us, made sure we were totally satisfied. I highly recommend this company. we did get 4 quotes and felt Mike and his team not only offered the best price but had the attitude to work with us in this tough economy. We were very pleased with the upfront help and guidance in determining what would work well in selection of both pre-stained hard wood flooring and vinyl luxury offerings. Timeline, communication on installation went very smoothly. Installation was in line with expectations and floor team rallied when they ran into challenges with appliance removal and water leakage. Finally finishing touches to side trim were completed with care. All in all a very successful installation. Quote was accurate and we were able to stay within budget!

We had a wonderful experience working with Mike and team. We hired them to replace carpeted flooring in our porch and finished basement eight luxury vinyl. Mike was super communicative throughout the process, which involved having to coordinate with asbestos company before the basement work could be completed. He was very flexible on schedule and timely once the work had started. This is a great flooring company - can’t say enough good about the job they did. Mike came out and assessed the condition of my (circa 1940s) hardwood floors, offered me some affordable options, and gave me a very good price to have them thoroughly sanded down and re-finished. I am thrilled with the quality of the workmanship Floor Coverings International provided in sanding and refurbishing my hardwood floors! Mike came out and met with me, assessed the condition of my 1940-era floors (quite poor) and offered me some affordable options. I decided to re-finish rather than cover up. His contractor’s meticulously sanded the floors down to remove as much damage as possible, then did several coats of polyurethane for a beautiful finish at a very reasonable price! Mike and his team did a great job flooring our kitchen in fastest possible time to match with my schedule and urgency. I posted request for flooring at 9pm and immediately I was contacted. Next day Mike visited, took measurements to give a free estimate. He had come prepared to show us different types of vinyl floor tiles and provided us all the required information. Knowing approximate cost for the work made me to quickly accept the competitive price in the estimate with 1 year finance. Mike did everything get the loan approved and materials ordered on the same day. Scheduled the flooring work to the next day of receiving tiles. His team is super professional and within no time my kitchen floor had a new look! I would get Mike to do more flooring my home when they need to be and recommend flooring international for quality and satisfactory work within a budget!
