Carpet was removed, the floor was leveled as needed, and the vinyl flooring was installed beautifully. The took with them the old carpet and pad and their tools and trash bag. I am very happy with the installation!

Amazing experience! We had carpet replaced in 4 bedrooms. First, we met with Mike (owner of the franchise), who came to our house with lots of samples and took measurements to provide quote. He listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions and didn't try to "upsell" but rather his goal was to "right sell". He's very professional, takes pride in his business and genuinely wants his customers to be delighted with the outcome. Mike nailed it with us! The morning of our install, Mike showed up before the two installers arrived, to be sure they knew the plan. The installers (Eddie and his friend??) were top notch. They moved all the furniture with great care before laying down the carpet with meticulous precision. The guys were accommodating, incredibly strong, worked their tails off, cleaned up and got it all done in one day, where it would be a 2 day job for most installers. We were more than happy to tip them to show our appreciation for all their hard work and they were very grateful. Once they left, I immediately called Mike to tell him our experience and what a fabulous job they did. He was thrilled to hear all about it. Also, I have a friend that had a similar experience with floor tiling that they did for her, referring to Mike and his entire team, as "exceptional". Mike is definitely the go-to guy for any type of flooring,

Great experience. Mike and his crew are highly committed to customer satisfaction. From helping us choose the flooring to the finished product, everything was done with professionalism and attention to detail. Baseboards were removed and replaced without damage. Thresholds installed for transition to adjoining rooms. Couldn't be more pleased.

I had a great experience from start to finish. I was indecisive about color options, and Mike was incredibly patient and communicative throughout the process. He was willing to repair damage to my existing flooring that other companies were not willing to address, which stood out to me and made me ultimately choose Floor Coverings International. Barbara in the office was always responsive, friendly, and communicative. Marcus was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, explained the entire process clearly, and ensured I was happy with the final product. Jose and his installation team were excellent as well….friendly, punctual, professional, and very respectful of my home and belongings. The luxury vinyl plank flooring came out beautifully, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! :)

I am writing a review for Mike Delrossi, owner of Floor Covering International Metro NW Boston. When my husband and I first met Mike for our appointment, we right away had a good feeling, Mike was so knowledgeable about his company of rugs that we were interested in. Mike is so professional and passionate about what he does. Our rugs were a unique color. So Mike had to research for us for the right color . Unbelievable Mike found our right color. We were so excited that he did. I can’t say enough about his genuine personality! We are so thrilled to find him. Also Mike’s secretary, Barbara called us for an appointment to see the new sample. Barbara was a delight to talk to. She was so patient with all my questions. I can’t wait to setup an appointment that our house is ready for installation.
