Outstanding company! I received the best customer service from Mike. He came to my home with samples, showed me pictures of rooms he completed, and offered me his expert opinions. He even sent me larger samples of my choices so that I could get a better idea of the product color right in my room. He answered my every email and call promptly, gave me my estimate and time line, and completed the job exactly as promised. Marcus, the person in charge of installation, came with the installers and inspected the completed job. The installers were prompt and friendly, did a wonderful job, and cleaned everything. I could not be happier! Thank you!

We had an appointment with Mike who spent 2/12 hours with us going over all his product what we can do what would be best for our home very knowledgeable we purchased a beautiful laminate floor and we had two bedroom carpeted as well. His team was awesome and respectful and clean Marcus was as great to talk to had a few laughs too. I would highly recommend this company. Oh and pricing was awesome but the real reason why we picked them was professional and the fact he spent 2 1/2 hours with us explaining everything. We love our the outcome so very very happy. Mike, Marcus and Barbara were a fantastic team to work with throughout the process of replacing my flooring. They were able to accommodate my last minute scheduling changes and my mistake of not disconnecting the toilet without missing a beat. Even after all that my floors were finished faster than I expected and they did phenomenal job with the installation. I would gladly hire them again and recommend them to others.

Mike and Marcus were super responsive and communicative throughout the whole installation process from start to finish. They were quick to remedy any issues/concerns we had with some of the boards that were installed. They genuinely strive for customer satisfaction and we'll definitely use them again in the future when we decide to refinish the hardwood flooring on the second floor.

Every step of the way was a breeze. We called and talked to a lovely representative. Mike is the one who came over and was easy to talk to and very understanding. At no point did we feel pressured into anything and his professional opinion felt like it was coming from a friendly neighbor rather than a rep. The install team lead by Marcus reached out next and even made an extra trip to answer some questions. Easy as 1/2/3. The floor look great, they installed it within a day and the crew was lovely and made an effort to clean as much as possible after themselves… Cherry on top?! The price was the best one around and they even help you set up repayment through a partner. Very happy with them!

We recently had flooring installed and the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final result, was extremely smooth. Mike was fantastic to work with—he spent a lot of time walking us through our options and was incredibly flexible in helping us find high-quality flooring that fit within our budget. We went with the company’s Cali vinyl product, and it’s excellent—very durable and beautiful. The installers were professional, punctual, and did an outstanding job not only on the flooring but also on our stairs, which turned out fantastic. Everything was completed on time as promised, and the team was very accommodating throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them. We’ll be going back to them for our remaining flooring needs without hesitation.

Excellent communication. The salesperson came out and gave us a good quote for the work. We scheduled it two weeks out to give painters time to complete their job. The floor installers showed up on time and began work immediately. Excellent work by the installation team. Real attention to detail. We went with a cork backed vinyl 1x2 ft plank for a bathroom with marble pattern and a silvery oak plank for an adjoining room used for laundry and storage. The rooms had many corners, including rounded 135 degree corners and gaps around the shower. I was expecting some gaps in the millwork and flooring. The team milled the five inch base to match the round and installed a PVC quarter round trim under the shower. The look is perfect. No gaps anywhere. Highly recommend this company.
