Floor Coverings International of Lexington, MA responded to an Angi request for kitchen floor replacement. Dalia came to the house and we discussed issues with an old house and its kitchen floor layers. A plan was made and the tile was selected. The pricing was very reasonable and the timing was terrific. Again due to the old house issues their work was much more than originally planned, but the cost stayed the same. Sean the installer was terrific. Dalia checked in daily to ascertain my satisfaction and the state of the work. At the close of the job I was extremely pleased with my floor their work and their follow through. I highly recommend them.

We had such a great experience with Floor Coverings International, especially working with Dalia! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to work with from start to finish. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. There was a small hiccup along the way, but Dalia and the team handled it quickly, communicated with us throughout, and worked hard to make sure everything stayed on track with our timeline. We really appreciated how much they cared about getting everything right and making the process as smooth as possible. The team was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. We absolutely love how our refinished floors turned out—they completely changed the look and feel of our home! We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International, and especially Dalia. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result, and we couldn’t be happier with our new floors!

We worked with Dalia and her team to refinish our floors before moving in. She was It is an older home and there were a few issues that Dalia pointed out and offered a few different options along with realistic expectations of the final result. They were able to accommodate our timelines and work around multiple other contractors to get things done. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved working with Dalia and her team on redoing the carpeting in our basement. She went above and beyond talking through the nuances of what goes into the right carpet for our needs. We did an initial consult at her showroom and then she brought samples for the on-site estimate so we could see them in our space. 10/10 communication. Great energy. Super positive. Always one step ahead of us. Smooth installation and beautifully done. Couldn't be happier with our new carpets!!

She was on time, very pleasant and able to answer all questions and accommodate any requests my husband and I had, with the cost less than what we anticipated. Dalia and her team, her husband Thomas, installers Armando and Oscar, came through, and in just two days, our floors were installed and absolutely beautiful. So very happy with their work.

Dalia Debs is a wonderful, warm and knowledgeable person. She worked with me to find a flooring that was beautiful, functional, and met all of my specific criteria--all at a very reasonable price. Dalia was very patient for the several weeks it took me to finally decide on my flooring. Ultimately, I circled back to her recommendation--but she had never pushed me, and was always willing to find time for my exploratory process. She was very transparent about what the different possible selections would cost, and I always felt like she was putting my needs and budget in the forefront. Finally, Dalia was friendly, positive and accommodating--and excited to help us find and install a great floor. Shawn, the installer Dalia worked with, was an expert as well--he was very diligent in leveling a challenging surface and making sure that the final floor came out beautifully. I can't recommend Dalia highly enough!
