We had such a wonderful experience with Dalia and her team. I appreciated the in-home consultation and seeing the carpet samples in person - it makes such a big difference when you’re trying to find the right color and style for your space. Once I selected the carpet, scheduling the install was a breeze. Dalia is extremely responsive via email and text which gave me peace of mind as I was finalizing all the details and payment info. I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Shout out to Michel who installed our carpet runner beautifully! Would highly recommend FCI of Lexington and will have them back for my next flooring project :)

Our wood and tile floors are beautiful!! FCI owner was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and communicative. The entire team worked extremely hard, was very professional, made sure to confirm what I wanted, and did outstanding work. Highly recommend!!

My wife was referred to this firm when we explored new carpets for two bedrooms . Dalia came out to show us a range of samples after asking questions we hadn't even considered. Helpful and friendly (even helped a neighbor asking about pet stains on their carpet when they saw her van). Really knows her stuff, flooring wise. Price fit our budget , as did their timing . Helpful discussion about the under pad, glad we listened (it's like walking on a cloud now, which is nice at beginning of our day and end of our night). Install went perfectly as scheduled , and Dalia follows up again to double check and inspect herself. Excellent firm , highly recommend. Wish we had done the two bedrooms over years ago ! Also, we're in Charlestown in a 3rd story walk up and it was no problem for them!

Dalia and team were excellent . Showed up on time, really asked some key questions, listened to our answers and matched the options to our needs, then explained the differences . Once we narrowed down the choices , she also had some great advice for us on padding , etc.. Worked around our schedule for install, which went perfectly. Completely transformed our two bedrooms, now wish we had done it years earlier ! Dalia even helped a neighbor with advice on pet stains when he noticed her truck ! Couldn’t have been a better experience .

Such an amazing experience. Dalia was prompt with providing estimates and options. She worked with us to get the job done quickly. Was able to get carpet installed in 3 days. Pricing was fair and comparable to big box retail stores. Would use their service again anytime! Thank you for such great service!

Floor Coverings International of Lexington, MA responded to an Angi request for kitchen floor replacement. Dalia came to the house and we discussed issues with an old house and its kitchen floor layers. A plan was made and the tile was selected. The pricing was very reasonable and the timing was terrific. Again due to the old house issues their work was much more than originally planned, but the cost stayed the same. Sean the installer was terrific. Dalia checked in daily to ascertain my satisfaction and the state of the work. At the close of the job I was extremely pleased with my floor their work and their follow through. I highly recommend them.
