From the first visit with Randy I felt confident that our project would be handled professionally. He was punctual, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and gave a competitive estimate. We had hardwood floors installed on the second floor of our home by a very skilled technician. He completed the job on time with minimal interference in our daily routine and the result is stunning! We had a perfect experience from start to finish. I was impressed by how quickly they worked! An entire downstairs of a 2,500 sqft home with multiple levels in just 3 days - exactly as quoted. This was my first time having flooring installed, and Alexi walked us through the process clearly and accurately. The contractors were friendly and addressed issues with the bones of my home to ensure the floors would last without issues. I always felt informed and confident about what was happening. They left the space spotless (truth be told, they left it cleaner than when they started!). Professional, organized, and easy to work with. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

Thomas and Eddie were exceptional in helping me handle my project. I paid a different GC to redo my floors initially and they absolutely butchered my space and severely disrupted myself and family. Thomas and Eddie helped me regain both my home and my life back. They have a great offering of different flooring products and have top tier experienced installers who work fast but ensure the job gets done right and when there were issues they quickly resolved without pushback. My husband and I used Floor Coverings International to replace our outdated kitchen wood floor. The company was exceptional in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. I own a 44 year old condo in Spokane that still had the original wall to wall carpet. I selected Floor Coverings International because of their high ratings, and I am very happy to add my own. I had all rooms except the full bath done with Mohawk engineered hardwood. The crews that did the demolition and install were efficient and meticulous in their attention to detail. My garage was used to set up saws, and at the end of each day, everything was swept and the equipment taken away. Excellent work all around, and I very much recommend FCI Spokane for your flooring project.
