Dalia was very very helpful. She brought plenty of samples. Took as much time as I needed to choose a color. She walked me through a reasonable plan of how to get furniture moved and carpet down, and was either at my home or reachable via text throughout the process. Really happy with the result.

I had a great experience here getting an area rug cut to size. Communication was clear and responsive from start to finish, the pricing was fair, and the turnaround was quicker than I expected. They did exactly what they said they would do, on time and without any hassle. Really appreciated how easy they made the whole process — I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing custom rug work.

Working with Dalia was an excellent experience! We got our floors sanded, stained and finished, and also had a small portion repaired after warping damage. Not only was the service timely, but Dalia also went above and beyond to ensure that the end result is something we would be happy with, and at no additional cost to us. Keeping the cost aside, it is the proactive gesture that leaves a lasting impression on customers and that's what I appreciate about this business. I would highly recommend Dalia and her team to everyone!

I had all flooring in my 1000 sq ft townhouse replaced with engineered hardwood and tile in one bathroom. Results speak for themselves! Work was finished in the time estimated. Dalia was fantastic to work with from the first meeting! She was super helpful in making the flooring choices and deciding which way the planks would run (which I hadn't put much thought into). She was communicative during the entire process, and made sure everything was the way I wanted. We replaced the old carpet in our basement with brand-new vinyl plank and couldn't be happier with the result! They had so many high quality options to choose from at excellent prices. The installation went smoothly, and Dalia went above and beyond to make sure that not only were the floors well installed but that the baseboards, trim, transitions, and steps all flowed seamlessly together. Not at all an easy task for an older home with oddly shaped rooms! Overall the entire process including the quote, the installation, the communication, and the service was fantastic.

Delia was super easy and amazing to coordinate with. She is professional and very responsive. Michel came to do a repair on my already installed carpet (by someone else) and literally is a magician! You cannot see any trace of where he made the repairs. Just a fabulous job. I would recommend this company strongly!
