Dereck responded quickly to emails and was gracious when my schedule necessitated rescheduling the initial visit for an estimate. Dereck and Tim with Floor Coverings International helped repair a basement flood area here in a condominium complex in Franklin, MA. They were thorough, knowledgeable and careful. Not only did they respond quickly to evaluate work required, they scheduled in a timely manner and replaced padding and replaced the carpet; in short, a great job. I highly recommend this company and these individuals.

We live in Franklin, MA and needed to remove our old bedroom carpeting. We luckily found Dereck Bairos at Floor Coverings International for the job. He came to our house and talked with us and showed us samples of vinyl flooring. He is so knowledgeable about his products and is very accommodating, personable, friendly. We chose "Hickory Wood" look vinyl flooring. Chris laid the floor and did an absolutely beautiful job on it....WE ARE BEYOND PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED FLOOR!! Best choice we could've made! We don't think anyone would regret hiring this company. Our sincere thanks to Derek, Tim and Chris, they are a great team! JOB WELL DONE
