This is a 5 star team! I had a floating floor that failed in under 2 years. I called the contractor that had installed it and he gave us the run around and kept avoiding us. We paid cash, so had no recourse. Then we found a handyman and we felt great about that option. But as it.got closer and closer that started to crumble. We were originally told 2 days...somehow through the trouble and excuses for why he couldn't come when he said he couldn't come, it made it to a 3-4 day job. And ultimately didn't happen. At this point I set up for 2 others to come out and assess the job. One I found on thumbtack and Floor Coverings International. Well the other contractor canceled twice to come see it. But Floor Coverings International of Foxboro did show up. Derick showed up on time. Walked us through everything and gave us a quote on the spot....and stated should be done in 1 day! 1 day!! That was on a Saturday. He told me I could expect a call by Tuesday to schedule. Sure enough the call came Tuesday to schedule. The scheduled day, Chris showed up 10 min into the 30 min anticipated arrival window. Tim the project manager showed up to be sure Chris was all set and left Chris to do his thing. Chris completed the job in 1 day as expected. He was neat, and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job, the floor looks better than it did after the original install. He carefully removed baseboards and reinstalled them all, including around my island. (The previous installer told me I was gonna need quarter round around the island). They were all very easy to work with. They left me nothing to complain about. I hate that we had to spend the money to fix what someone else's error. But we found the right crew for the job! Dereck and Team are excellent. We have used them now on multiple projects including both new construction and renovation. They have install hardwoods, tile and carpet. Dereck is responsive and was helpful. We will be using them again in the future.

Awesome service! If you don’t want to question if your floors will get done to your standard, choose FCI. They kept me in the loop throughout the process to make me feel in control. They also made great recommendations that I wouldn’t have known unless I was working with a professional team! Great work all around!

Dereck and his team were great to work with. I had the carpet in a bedroom changed for a really soft berber and it looks great, and feels even better. Turned out super soft and plush, perfect for a baby’s room. I got an estimate super quickly and scheduled the installation shortly after that. Would highly recommend for Wrentham area folks needing carpet services.
