Not only do we love the vinyl kitchen floor that Floor Coverings International installed for us, I have to commend how professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and skillful both Dereck and Chris were. From the beginning, when we were trying to decide which flooring to choose, Dereck would say "Don't pick something if you don't really like it." We never felt rushed and never felt he was just trying to make a sale. We always felt that he was available to us as well. Chris was extremely conscientious and thoughtful. He clearly took pride in his installation. Five stars!

Dereck has done a few floors for us and every time they come out beautiful. He is punctual when he comes out to see the job, his pricing is slightly less the others in the industry and his install is well planned.

I used Floor Coverings International for two floor jobs in different properties. 1st was hard wood install. Dereck did an amazing job with helping me identify what type of floors to install. His patience is unmatched, especially someone like me who had a hard time deciding! He took me through every floor option from luxury vinyl, to engineered hardwoods to natural hardwoods. Ultimately I chose the natural hardwoods and the install was just as great as his service! In my second property he installed luxury vinyl planks and yet again, patience and install top notch! They had to prep the floor with self-leveler before installing. The final product looks great! I have one more floor job I want to do in the future and I will be calling Floor Coverings International again!
