Dereck and Tim with Floor Coverings International helped repair a basement flood area here in a condominium complex in Franklin, MA. They were thorough, knowledgeable and careful. Not only did they respond quickly to evaluate work required, they scheduled in a timely manner and replaced padding and replaced the carpet; in short, a great job. I highly recommend this company and these individuals.

Great experience. Dereck and his staff are very professional and friendly. Dereck responded quickly to emails and was gracious when my schedule necessitated rescheduling the initial visit for an estimate.
