"I’m so glad we decided to work with Floor Coverings International. They gave us great guidance in the selection of both hard floor and carpeting. Our sales representative was patient with us while we explored different floors and finally made a decision. He was happy to go over different types of flooring, explain where the carpet industry is currently at, pros and cons about different options. He had a very experienced eye about the style of our home and what colors and tones would compliment other fixtures. Communication during the project was always easy. FCI was quick to respond and would either have an answer or were willing to find one. They were thorough in addressing my concerns and questions to a satisfactory solution. It was great that they were able to handle various aspects of the project from arranging a storage pod to providing a reference for a carpenter. The installation crews were very courteous and prompt. After completion of the project, our salesman reached out a number of times to ensure that we were loving the new floors. We had one issue with carpeting on a stair. They were very responsive in getting that corrected and bringing about a positive resolution. We had a great experience and we absolutely love the new floors and updated look in our home."

"Ashley was a pleasure to work with! I had an initial consultation with her and she brought an assortment of samples with her. She even complimented my old house and agreed that the old flooring although original and beautiful, had seen better days. She was very patient with me when it came to the scheduling and suggested financing options. The installers were very polite and helped me move the larger furniture. It took them 3 days to install the floor over my original one which I thought was a long time for a house of 604 sq footage but Julian and Kyle explained that there was a lot of prep work as my floor was very uneven. I was not prepared for the rain and Julian lent me a tarp. Kyle came to check in on the work every day and came by after completion to make sure I was happy with the job. My floors are beautiful and I am so glad I did this even though my dog and I had to move out for 3 days! Now I just need a lick of paint on the walls and a new carpet! Thank you Ashley and team!
