Beau was the salesperson and Jim was the installer. Beau was very welcoming during the selection, scheduling and after-job review processes. He helped make everything go very well. Jim made somewhat of a tricky job in a 125-year-old house go perfectly with perfect results. I am enjoying my new kitchen floor more than I thought I would. I plan to get back with Beau when I decide to do my hallway, bedroom and living room in a year or so. Thank you very much.

Very pofessional to work with. Beau listened and understood what we wanted for flooring in 8 rooms. He came back with several options and even modified those until we were happy with what we were getting. They scheduled the install in the time frame given at the initial visit. The intallers for the LVP floor and carpets were very professional. They expressed their opinions on certain aspects of the job and listened to the homeowners thoughts or concerns. I can’t say enough good things about this company! We bought a home in West Yarmouth and needed new flooring in our primary bedroom. Beau came to our home and brought flooring samples. I had told him what I was looking for and he had samples in all different price ranges and told me the pros and cons of each. I selected my flooring, a luxury vinyl plank, and it was ordered and the floor was completed much faster than I expected. They were working with our contractor and the co-ordination was perfect. The floor is gorgeous and done beautifully. Could not be happier! Highly recommend this company.

Presentation by the sales person Beau was informative, personal & professional; scheduling around our needs was awesome, delivery & installation was seamless, precise & very professionally done by two gentlemen John & Rich who worked wonderfully together as a team (John played our guitar with enthusiasm💕); Laurie the office manager was fabulous at getting back to me and with follow through. We love our floor & believe the installers went above & beyond!! We would highly recommend this company and the quality of the product (which was explained in detail).

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Floor Coverings International of CC. Our Design Associate Beau LaFlamme was extremely knowledgeable and helped walk us through our choices and provided great feedback and the pros & cons of each type of covering we were looking into. They were able to accommodate the installation around our schedule which was very helpful. The installation was actually finished early and the installation technicians were hard working, friendly and singularly focused. The floors look amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to redo their floors. They are the best.

Completely redid the flooring on my first floor with luxury vinyl and some nice carpet. It completely changed the space. Thanks to Tim the owner's recommendations and awesome service. Tim's a local cape cod family guy so we felt really comfortable with his advice. I love how they come out to you and bring all their samples so you can see what flooring will look great in your space. Kraig installed the floors and did an awesome job. Always on time when they said they would come, clean, and respectful. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International of Cape Cod. They installed both carpet and vinyl plank in my condo, and their workmanship was excellent. Matt and the installation team were professional, detail-oriented, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the final result. Matt was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring installation!

We had LVF installed approximately 3 years ago. When they came to our home we explained part of the installation would be in an area with ceramic tile. We were going to remove the tile. We were told no we did not need to - they could go right over it. The installation raised our eyebrows a few times but Tim and/or Matt were responsive. A little over a year later one of the planks was cracking because it ended on a grout line. Tim came out - with a new installer- to look at it. Tim basically told us we were on our own UNTIL his new installer said it was on the company due to being installed incorrectly. Tim said he would fix it 1 time only. I advised that would not be the case because his installer messed up. Anyhow, that portion on floor was replaced. Well here we are just over another year and we have same issue. We have been told we would be charged $150.00 per hour. Our response was same issue how can you charge us. Then I was asked if we had any of the product. I said yes 1/2 box. Then we were advised the flooring company went bankrupt so they couldn't do anything. What would they have done if we agreed to pay $150.00 per hour?? They were great when there were no issues!!

We purchased a fairly expensive carpet product (Godfrey Hurst) for two bedrooms in December of 2023. The installation went fine as a whole, but there are serious concerns I have about both the quality of the product and how the installation has held up over the last 14 months. Last summer (2024) I began to notice a darkening of certain areas of the carpet where there is regular traffic (note only two adults live in our house). This darkening makes the areas look dirty. I have had the carpets professionally cleaned twice, but the dark areas return. I have been by told by the cleaning professionals that this a result of the wearing down of the carpet fibers. I am shocked that this happened so quickly, and especially with the price and “purported quality” of the materials. In addition, certain areas of the master bedroom area have begun to lift. That may be a quality or installation issue. I’m not sure. Overall VERY disappointed in this purchase and I would NOT recommend the company or their products to others.
