we were screwed by this company! Their hung over installer was vomiting outside and he installed it all wrong! Hug gaps between the pieces all over. They melted down and wouldn't address the problems. Matt was OK, but his brother was unstable and screa and ran away- then called police because he was upset with us. Total insanity and the worst floor ever.

We needed carpets removed and wood flooring installed. Michael (sales rep) was so careful to show us colors and makes of the flooring until we picked the right one. Kraig arranged for it to be installed at our convenience and kept in touch during the process. Garrett and his crew (including Tito and John) do BEAUTIFUL work! It was a joy to watch how they lined each piece up so that the floors are exactly what we wanted. We asked to keep some of the baseboard they had removed so that we could use a few pieces when our closets are installed; Garrett and crew kindly cut a long board into shorter pieces for me to use later. There was a problem with the guest bedroom floor which they fixed *immediately* for no extra charge. This team exemplified what excellent work should look like, combined with cheerful and respectful manners from company reps. If I ever need another floor replaced I will certainly go to this company!

I was originally very impressed with FCI when I had the initial consultation. We had received several quotes and were impressed with Matt and his knowledge and guarantees. I made it clear how important it was to have the floors completed the week we had planned and was told they would be even with hidden issues. Was also told the quote is what it is and no hidden fees will arise at the end of the project. Only one person came for the entire project because his co worker quit before the start of my floors. Chris was fantastic but the subfloor under my tile was an issue and had to be ripped up along with the tile which I understand was an unexpected issue. I had to pay extra for more subfloor. I know it was out of their hands but I did not plan for that extra cost out of pocket. The project was not finished when I was told it would be because only on one of the days, they sent an extra pair of hands to help, which that helper scraped my wall so I had to sand and repaint that spot. Even after it was finished, the thresholds had to be replaced because the nails were coming up through them. This took and extra couple weeks to be completed . I will say Craig followed up to make sure it was done correctly and when all is said and done, Chris did an amazing job on the floors. I wish the communication from Matt to myself and the crew was better and I understand people are busy but a quick text is all I required to stay in the loop. Again, I gave 4 starts because the floors look amazing.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this job. It was a back hall in a very old cottage. The cement floor was broken up and difficult to clean. The indoor wall was showing rough foundation in the bottom 24 inches. They covered the cement and made it level then overlaid 24x24 inch laminate tiles over all. The foundation on the wall was covered with board looking laminate. Installers were pleasant and very industrious, cleaning after themselves. Don’t remember when I’ve had such reliable quality work. They made business a pleasure. I would give more stars if you had them.
