"Our excellent experience began with Edward Watson, the sales rep for FCI, who came to our home with knowledge, experience, and a strong ethical base. (I also liked that I didn't need to go to one of those overwhelming showrooms staffed by disinterested sales reps.) He listened carefully to our needs, appraised and measured the rooms to receive carpet, and returned with some great samples within the color/price range. Within a week the carpet was in and ready to be installed by Teo and his crew.
