I tried booking an online appointment. I chose a time and got confirmation of that time in an email. That downloaded the day and time in my calendar I got a call later asking to schedule time. I replied I had a time. But was told that she wasnt wotking that day. There was nothing else for two weeks that could work. Their showroom hours are so limited that they might as well not exist. There's no way to see what they have and any sort price per sq ft without meeting them. I apparently returned email asking about someone honoring confirmed time. Apparently it was received, but not worth replying to me. No idea about their work, but if scheduling is this chaotic id say stay away

Floor Coverings International Louisville came to my rescue when my carpet pad had stuck to my hardwood floor. I did need to have my floors refinished so took the plunge. Brittany and Stephanie handled everything quickly and efficiently. They sent Ben to move my furniture out (and then back in at the end of the job) and sent the most amazing refinisher (Tourney). My floors look absolutely amazing! These were the nicest folks and I could not be more pleased with my floors.

Really nice experience. They were extremely flexible when I needed to reschedule and were easy to communicate with. Eduardo was very kind and knowledgeable and although it was not an easy space to work with, he did a great job!

Fantastic service. They went above and beyond. The big stores were unable to provide the help I needed and luckily I checked here. I would recommend anyone that still believes in customer service and speaking with knowledgeable people to come here and skip out on the big stores.

I am very happy with my new laminate floors. Courtney was a pleasure to work with when selecting flooring and she was available during the entire project.
