"It is so hard to find reliable expertise. After a few mishaps with other vendors just not showing up or responding, I made an appointment for a consult. At this point, I had about 20% hope of anyone showing up based on past experience but I had a call within an hour confirming and asking for details. Then Tony arrives early and takes his time considering matching main floor to the second floor - I am beyond impressed with the professionalism. I received a rough estimate right then and there and a formal estimate a few hours later. I paid the deposit ASAP and am so excited for my new floors! I will update after the job is complete but absolutely grateful to have found FCI!"

"I hired this company to install LVP flooring in my parents' condo, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Blake, the owner, was very transparent throughout the estimating process and was able to provide a same day estimate. He took the time to explain the different flooring options, including laminate versus LVP, as well as color choices and other considerations. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, along with explaining the entire process and what to expect. Again, the transparency was much appreciated and it was reassuring to know what options were available. After reviewing the options, I ended up purchasing their flooring product because of the combination of quality, price, and warranty. Communication was outstanding throughout the project. Susie in the office did a great job keeping me updated on the flooring delivery and shipment status. The customer service from everyone was excellent. The installer did an amazing job with the flooring installation, was professional and friendly, and left the condo clean. The attention to detail and cleanup were appreciated.
